En la actualidad est\u00e1n abocados al desarrollo de un software propio, orientado al \u00e1rea del facilitiy management. Luego de mirar todo lo que el mercado ofrece, tanto dentro como fuera de Chile, y no encontrar lo que buscaban, decidieron emprender un camino propio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El nuevo software permitir\u00e1 a sus arrendatarios revisar sus consumos de electricidad, agua y gastos comunes. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n tener a la mano toda la documentaci\u00f3n que requieran de su centro para realizar alg\u00fan tr\u00e1mite y adem\u00e1s solicitar requerimientos del \u00e1rea de mantenci\u00f3n, entre otras funcionalidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa se lanz\u00f3 en el mes de marzo de manera piloto en uno de sus centros para en un par de meses estar funcionando en el 100% de sus centros. Este sistema vendr\u00e1 a dar soluci\u00f3n, rapidez y eficacia a un sinn\u00famero de solicitudes de sus clientes, que a tan s\u00f3lo un click podr\u00e1n acceder a la informaci\u00f3n que requieran.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado siguen innovando en seguridad, espec\u00edficamente en su centro de La Vara, ubicado en la comuna de San Bernardo. All\u00ed automatizaron los controles de acceso, lo que otorga un mayor control y rapidez en el flujo de veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin duda la pandemia de Covid 19 que afecta al mundo ha tra\u00eddo aparejado un grave da\u00f1o a la econom\u00eda mundial, lo que ha obligado a los mercados a moverse en otras direcciones, buscando satisfacer las necesidades de la demanda. Por esta raz\u00f3n Central Bodegas est\u00e1 orientada a las nuevas necesidades que se vienen, apostando por el e-Commerce y la compra a distancia, donde sus bodegas instaladas en la zona sur de Santiago cumplen con todas las caracter\u00edsticas que se requieren para hacer frente a esa gran demanda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Central Bodegas tiene sus centros de bodegaje ubicados estrat\u00e9gicamente muy cerca de las carreteras urbanas, con acceso directo a los puertos de Valpara\u00edso y San Antonio.
