Uno de los sectores m\u00e1s golpeados por esta crisis han sido las Peque\u00f1as y Medianas Empresas. Los ojos de todos los actores, p\u00fablico y privado est\u00e1n puestos en c\u00f3mo salvar a las Pymes, quienes muchas de ellas se han visto impedidas de funcionar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta l\u00ednea, se dio a conocer el paquete de est\u00edmulo fiscal que anunci\u00f3 el presidente Sebasti\u00e1n Pi\u00f1era por US $5 mil millones para enfrentar la crisis. A modo general, la propuesta estatal se trata de un marco de condiciones impuestas por el Gobierno para la gesti\u00f3n del programa de garant\u00edas estatales, destinado a facilitar a las empresas con tope de ventas anuales hasta 1 mill\u00f3n de UF el acceso al cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre las caracter\u00edsticas principales se precis\u00f3 que la \u201cl\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito\u201d tendr\u00e1 seis meses de gracia y ser\u00e1 pagadera en un plazo de 24 y 48 meses. Uno de los aspectos que m\u00e1s llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n fue respecto a la tasa de inter\u00e9s que se dispondr\u00e1 -seg\u00fan el Mandatario- incluso podr\u00eda ser negativa, seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo evoluciones la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las instituciones financieras deber\u00e1n ofrecer estas l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito de forma \u201cmasiva, expedita y estandarizada\u201d para quienes son clientes comerciales de los bancos.
