El 65% de la plantilla est\u00e1 formado por mujeres que se mueven en una horquilla de edad de los 25 a 65 a\u00f1os. La log\u00edstica ha supuesto una salida profesional para muchas mujeres, de hecho su presencia en esta compa\u00f1\u00eda se extiende por todos los \u00e1mbitos y departamentos, desde el 45% de los cargos directivos hasta la base de los centros log\u00edsticos, donde llegan al 70%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mujeres al frente de los centros y \u00e1reas corporativas <br \/>Varios de los centros Log\u00edsticos de Logisfashion en Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1n liderados por mujeres, concretamente el de Toledo, el de Santa Mar\u00eda de Palautordera y los de Cabanillas I y Fontanar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Emma Manzanedo, directora del departamento Fiscal y Legal del grupo y secretaria del Consejo de Direcci\u00f3n, afirma: \u201cDebemos luchar para que hombres y mujeres tengamos las mismas oportunidades y derechos en todos los \u00e1mbitos. En Logisfashion, el principal valor somos las personas y por ello se persigue y fomenta que todos nos sintamos en igualdad de condiciones, independientemente del g\u00e9nero. Rojo, con amplia experiencia en comercio internacional&nbsp;y&nbsp;muy&nbsp;enfocada al desarrollo de negocio, potenciar\u00e1 el crecimiento de Logisfashion en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<br \/>\u201cUno de mis objetivos es dar apoyo a las marcas europeas en el \u00e1mbito log\u00edstico y aduanero para facilitar su acceso a mercados como M\u00e9xico, Panam\u00e1, Colombia y Chile, donde Logisfashion est\u00e1 presente\u201d, explica Rojo. Son mercados que ofrecen grandes oportunidades pero que presentan algunas barreras de acceso y mi papel es facilitar los tr\u00e1mites a estas empresas para que puedan operar en ellos\u201d.<br \/>Por otra parte, el grueso de las responsables de Recursos Humanos de los distintos centros son mujeres y la direcci\u00f3n corporativa de este departamento cuenta tambi\u00e9n con un liderazgo femenino. El \u00e1rea Comercial, Marketing y otros departamentos tradicionalmente masculinos como IT, Finanzas y Proyectos tienen tambi\u00e9n una alta representaci\u00f3n femenina. <br \/>\u201cLa igualdad laboral y de oportunidades para las mujeres es trabajo de todos.
