La propagaci\u00f3n del Covid-19 ha impulsado la transformaci\u00f3n digital de la operaci\u00f3n y de sus formas de trabajo; se ha hecho visible la necesidad de que la industria avance en este sentido como forma de potenciar el negocio y los proveedores de la industria deben ir en esa l\u00ednea. <\/p>\n<p>Otro factor ha sido la Omnicanalidad. Durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, las empresas han ido avanzando en este sentido, paso a paso, encabezando esta realidad las grandes empresas del Retail. Instaurar esta visi\u00f3n de operaci\u00f3n hoy es clave, reflejada -por ejemplo- en la r\u00e1pida implementaci\u00f3n de canales digitales por quienes a\u00fan no se sub\u00edan a este carro. El comercio electr\u00f3nico se ha transformado en un aliado comercial para muchos sectores, durante esta pandemia. <\/p>\n<p>Como toda buena cadena, el eslab\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n ha tenido cambios y hoy es fundamental que este sector ofrezca soluciones y cuente con las capacidades para llegar a las casas de los consumidores, manteniendo tiempos, calidad de servicio y costos. <\/p>\n<p>Todo lo vivido ha llevado a un replanteamiento de los negocios para que, de la mano de la infraestructura, los equipamientos y las tecnolog\u00edas respondan a los procesos del futuro.
