Este efecto ocurre, sin embargo, solo en industrias donde hay empresas listadas afectas a la regulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan los investigadores, la clave del avance estar\u00eda en aumentar la exposici\u00f3n a mujeres en cargos de liderazgo, lo que facilitar\u00eda su posterior nombramiento como gerentes generales al romper con los sesgos sobre su potencial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCuando se discuten estas reformas se piensa que no tienen efectos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los directorios de empresas listadas. Sin embargo, su implementaci\u00f3n aumenta la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en cargos gerenciales en empresas privadas.
