Cada a\u00f1o, millones de chilenos participan de esta jornada que marca el inicio de la temporada navide\u00f1a, transformando la forma en que compramos y planificamos nuestras finanzas. Este fen\u00f3meno nos invita a reflexionar: \u00bfPodemos vivir un Black Friday que combine innovaci\u00f3n, seguridad y sostenibilidad?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre el 28 de noviembre y 1 de diciembre tendr\u00e1 lugar el Black Friday, que re\u00fane millones de transacciones, siendo una instancia ideal para adelantar las compras navide\u00f1as y organizar las vacaciones de verano. Entre las categor\u00edas m\u00e1s populares destacan tecnolog\u00eda, vestuario y calzado, belleza y deporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan cifras de la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS), el Black Friday 2024 registr\u00f3 ventas que superaron los US$ 550 millones, tanto en el canal online como en el presencial. Este resultado confirma el crecimiento sostenido del comercio electr\u00f3nico en Chile y la activa participaci\u00f3n de empresas de todos los tama\u00f1os, especialmente pymes, que encuentran en estas fechas una oportunidad estrat\u00e9gica para ampliar su alcance y captar nuevos clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante mucho tiempo, la conversaci\u00f3n se centr\u00f3 \u00fanicamente en el volumen de ventas y en la capacidad de las plataformas para resistir el alto tr\u00e1fico de transacciones. Hoy, la mirada cambia. La sostenibilidad -entendida en sentido amplio- abarca no solo el impacto ambiental, sino tambi\u00e9n la responsabilidad digital y social que implica cada operaci\u00f3n online. En un mundo donde la tecnolog\u00eda avanza a gran velocidad, ser sostenibles significa tambi\u00e9n ser conscientes del modo en que usamos los recursos digitales y c\u00f3mo acompa\u00f1amos a las personas en su experiencia de compra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En Flow entendemos que la innovaci\u00f3n no debe medirse \u00fanicamente en t\u00e9rminos de velocidad o capacidad de procesamiento, sino en su aporte a un ecosistema digital m\u00e1s responsable. Como industria, debemos fomentar un consumo digital m\u00e1s consciente. Comprar online ofrece ventajas innegables \u2014comodidad, acceso, rapidez y ahorro de tiempo\u2014, pero tambi\u00e9n requiere educaci\u00f3n y responsabilidad. Promover que los usuarios compren en sitios verificados, revisen las condiciones de las ofertas y utilicen medios de pago seguros es parte del compromiso que compartimos las plataformas con los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Black Friday es una oportunidad para disfrutar, pero tambi\u00e9n para repensar la manera en que nos relacionamos con la tecnolog\u00eda. Detr\u00e1s de cada clic hay una cadena de procesos que involucra energ\u00eda, infraestructura y personas. Si logramos que esa cadena funcione con criterios de eficiencia, seguridad y respeto por el entorno, estaremos avanzando hacia un comercio electr\u00f3nico m\u00e1s maduro y sostenible.
