Sin embargo, m\u00e1s del 80% no lo utiliza, dejando una oportunidad perdida para mejorar la competitividad y productividad del pa\u00eds.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se acerca fin de a\u00f1o y con ello comienza la cuenta regresiva para que miles de empresas utilicen la Franquicia tributaria del Servicio Nacional de Capacitaci\u00f3n y Empleo (SENCE), que fomenta la capacitaci\u00f3n y permite descontar hasta el 1% de la planilla anual imponible de trabajadores, extrabajadores y potenciales trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El plazo para optar a este beneficio fiscal gratuito finaliza el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de diciembre y est\u00e1 disponible para todas las organizaciones que tributan en primera categor\u00eda. Quienes no lo utilicen, ponen en riesgo recursos que podr\u00edan destinarse a obras sociales si no se ejecutan adecuadamente en dentro un periodo de dos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De hecho, seg\u00fan un an\u00e1lisis realizado por el SENCE, existe una subutilizaci\u00f3n significativa de esta franquicia tributaria que afectar\u00eda a cerca del 81% de las compa\u00f1\u00edas que tributan en primera categor\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa principal barrera para aprovechar esta iniciativa es el desconocimiento sobre su funcionamiento y la gesti\u00f3n inadecuada de los recursos. Implementados correctamente, estos recursos fiscales podr\u00edan aportar al desarrollo del capital humano, traduci\u00e9ndose en mejoras de productividad, adem\u00e1s de una mayor retenci\u00f3n de talento y competitividad sectorial\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Claudio Mu\u00f1oz, L\u00edder de Eurofirms Capacitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Impacto por tama\u00f1o de empresa y sector econ\u00f3mico<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los datos de la entidad gubernamental dejan al descubierto la tendencia de subutilizaci\u00f3n por segmento. En el caso de las microempresas, el porcentaje de entidades con beneficios por vencer llega al 60%, mientras que apenas un 25% han utilizado sus excedentes en el tramo de empresas medianas. Por su parte, las grandes empresas tampoco est\u00e1n maximizando estos recursos, con solo un 19% de ellas haciendo uso de los fondos disponibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por zona geogr\u00e1fica, la Regi\u00f3n Metropolitana presenta la mayor cantidad de organizaciones con posibilidad de utilizar excedentes (68%) mientras el porcentaje de \u00e9stas a\u00fan con excedentes y\/o que est\u00e1n por vencerse alcanza el 79%.
