Este acuerdo refuerza el rol activo de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en la promoci\u00f3n del talento femenino, el desarrollo profesional y la transformaci\u00f3n cultural del sector mar\u00edtimo-portuario en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La firma simb\u00f3lica se llev\u00f3 a cabo el pasado 19 de noviembre en el Puerto de Aguas Profundas de Posorja, con la participaci\u00f3n de Carlos Merino, CEO de DP World en Ecuador, Per\u00fa y Colombia; Macarena Cladera, presidenta de la Red MAMLa; representantes de la Direcci\u00f3n Nacional de los Espacios Acu\u00e1ticos (DIRNEA); y delegaciones de 19 pa\u00edses. Este encuentro reuni\u00f3 a referentes estrat\u00e9gicos de la industria y destac\u00f3 la importancia de construir entornos laborales donde la igualdad de oportunidades y el crecimiento profesional sean pilares centrales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La alianza entre DP World y MAMLa abarca las operaciones de Ecuador, Per\u00fa y Colombia, consolid\u00e1ndose como un esfuerzo regional que impulsa culturas laborales m\u00e1s diversas, modernas y participativas, con un impacto tangible en la apertura de oportunidades reales para mujeres dentro del sector.
