La infraestructura incorpora de almacenamiento seguros, \u00e1reas pavimentadas que optimizan la operaci\u00f3n, conexiones para contenedores refrigerados que aseguran la cadena de fr\u00edo y una zona de resguardo autorizada por el Servicio Agr\u00edcola y Ganadero (SAG), cumpliendo con los m\u00e1s altos est\u00e1ndares normativos.<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan el gerente de la sucursal Biob\u00edo, Jonathan Escalona, \u00abeste nuevo centro fortalece nuestra capacidad log\u00edstica y se convierte en un pulm\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gico para los importadores y exportadores de la regi\u00f3n\u201d. Con esta inauguraci\u00f3n, se proyecta un <strong>incremento del 30% en el volumen de servicios en Talcahuano<\/strong>, consolidando la posici\u00f3n de AGUNSA como un actor clave en la log\u00edstica regional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La instalaci\u00f3n cuenta con <strong>10.300 m\u00b2 de bodegas techadas<\/strong> y <strong>11.000 m\u00b2 de patio pavimentado<\/strong>, lo que permite ofrecer soluciones log\u00edsticas integrales para diversas industrias. Este nuevo centro, sumado al de Coronel y Talcahuano (sector San Vicente), consolida la red operativa de AGUNSA en el Biob\u00edo. \u201cEsta infraestructura se integra plenamente con nuestras instalaciones estrat\u00e9gicamente ubicadas en la zona, lo que nos permite ofrecer una operaci\u00f3n coordinada, flexible y de alto est\u00e1ndar en todas las bah\u00edas de la regi\u00f3n.\u201d, explica el gerente comercial de AGUNSA, Tom\u00e1s Valenzuela.<\/p>\n<p>Ubicado a pocos minutos de los principales terminales portuarios e industrias de la zona, el centro contribuye de manera directa a mejorar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro. Seg\u00fan Pablo Passeron, gerente general de TTP, esta ubicaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica \u201campl\u00eda significativamente las posibilidades operativas tanto para TTP como para AGUNSA y, especialmente, para sus clientes.
