Pero una pol\u00edtica fiscal m\u00e1s expansiva de lo previsto, no solo golpea al Estado sino tambi\u00e9n a la econom\u00eda privada: a menor gasto p\u00fablico, mayor exigencia en licitaciones y m\u00e1s presi\u00f3n por eficiencia y resultados medibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo deber\u00edan prepararse las organizaciones para mejorar sus m\u00e1rgenes este a\u00f1o? En la mayor\u00eda de ellas, el mayor gasto operativo no est\u00e1 en el \u201ccore\u201d del negocio, sino en servicios no operacionales como el aseo industrial, la climatizaci\u00f3n, la jardiner\u00eda y las mantenciones menores, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas orientadas a la trazabilidad y al control operacional se vuelven indispensables para optimizar la gesti\u00f3n y la productividad, bas\u00e1ndose en datos. \u201cSaber qu\u00e9 servicio se ejecut\u00f3, cu\u00e1ndo, d\u00f3nde y bajo qu\u00e9 est\u00e1ndar permite mejorar sustancialmente los indicadores\u201d, explica Nicol\u00e1s M\u00e9ndez, socio fundador de eGenya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que crecimiento e inversi\u00f3n van muy de la mano de c\u00f3mo las organizaciones p\u00fablicas y privadas gestionan su operaci\u00f3n diaria.
