{"id":28905,"date":"2026-02-18T09:42:58","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T13:42:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/?p=28905"},"modified":"2026-02-18T09:42:58","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T13:42:58","slug":"alog-chile-inicia-2026-con-ejes-de-accion-fortalecidos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/18\/alog-chile-inicia-2026-con-ejes-de-accion-fortalecidos\/","title":{"rendered":"ALOG CHILE INICIA 2026 CON EJES DE ACCI\u00d3N FORTALECIDOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La asociaci\u00f3n reforzar\u00e1 este a\u00f1o sus acciones tanto en lo gremial como en capital humano, construyendo sobre los grandes avances 2025.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gremial<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las acciones 2026 estar\u00e1n organizadas de manera pr\u00e1ctica y colaborativa, agregando valor a socios principalmente en tres ejes mutuamente complementarios: cumplimiento normativo; representaci\u00f3n ante autoridades y servicios p\u00fablicos; y reforzamiento continuo de los comit\u00e9s de asociados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lo normativo, ALOG mantendr\u00e1 la orientaci\u00f3n a empresas socias para enfrentar nuevos requerimientos como la Ley 21.663 Marco de Ciberseguridad y sus exigencias a empresas log\u00edsticas como Operadores de Importancia Vital. Esto incluir\u00e1 material explicativo, seminarios, alertas respecto a obligaciones sobrevinientes, y fortalecimiento de redes con otras empresas sobre mejores pr\u00e1cticas y cumplimiento eficiente. El objetivo ser\u00e1 apoyar a las empresas a mantenerse lo m\u00e1s enfocadas posible en su negocio, evit\u00e1ndoles tener que partir de cero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a servicios p\u00fablicos y autoridades, la asociaci\u00f3n mantendr\u00e1 una interlocuci\u00f3n activa con ministerios y organismos clave para asegurar que el accionar p\u00fablico incorpore debidamente la realidad operativa del sector. A partir de experiencias recientes como la coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ministerio de Seguridad P\u00fablica para homologar registros delictuales, y las gestiones ante MTT, MOP y Carabineros sobre escoltas de cargas sobredimensionadas, ALOG promover\u00e1 instancias como mesas t\u00e9cnicas, y presentar\u00e1 insumos y propuestas espec\u00edficas. Complementariamente, la asociaci\u00f3n se enfocar\u00e1 en reforzar el relacionamiento institucional y el aporte rec\u00edproco de valor a nivel de autoridades. Estas acciones buscar\u00e1n como objetivo clave visibilizar el rol clave de la log\u00edstica en la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, como herramienta de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y en el mejoramiento de la seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, en 2026 se continuar\u00e1 la pol\u00edtica de mejoramiento continuo de comit\u00e9s, impuls\u00e1ndose un trabajo \u00e1gil y orientado a resultados, utilizando como insumo clave una encuesta a socios para mantener actualizadas las prioridades reales de las empresas. Los comit\u00e9s buscan actuar como espacios operativos para desarrollar proyectos concretos: desde AlertALOG y otros pilotos de digitalizaci\u00f3n por ejemplo en el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad de instalaciones log\u00edsticas, hasta iniciativas de formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico\u2011profesional en colaboraci\u00f3n con MINEDUC. La invitaci\u00f3n a socios es plantear sus inquietudes, acercarse al equipo ALOG y colaborar con otras empresas.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Capital humano<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El desarrollo de capacidades en la industria sigue siendo clave para la asociaci\u00f3n, raz\u00f3n por la cual en 2025 renov\u00f3 completamente su equipo especialista en este \u00e1mbito. As\u00ed, en el primer mes del a\u00f1o el Centro de Certificaci\u00f3n de Competencias Laborales de ALOG Chile, ALOG Certifica, obtuvo un importante avance con su reacreditaci\u00f3n ante ChileValora, con lo cual se valid\u00f3 oficialmente la solidez de sus procesos operativos, t\u00e9cnicos y administrativos. En 2026 se potenciar\u00e1n los proyectos con empresas, apoy\u00e1ndose en la franquicia tributaria donde aplique y apuntando a reconocer formalmente la experiencia pr\u00e1ctica y conocimientos de sus trabajadores, cuenten o no estos con entrenamiento formal. Con ello se aporta a su desarrollo profesional en los equipos de los que son parte, raz\u00f3n por la cual empresas como TW, Puerto Columbo y Starken han confiado recientemente en ALOG Certifica para sus proyectos de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lo formativo, 2026 se inicia tambi\u00e9n con hitos auspiciosos. ALOG Capacita finaliz\u00f3 en el mes de enero su Auditor\u00eda Anual de Seguimiento bajo la Norma NCh2728:2015, con resultados altamente satisfactorios. Adem\u00e1s, el OTEC de ALOG Chile public\u00f3 en enero su calendario acad\u00e9mico del a\u00f1o, apuntando a facilitar la planificaci\u00f3n de empresas y profesionales e incorporando adem\u00e1s reducciones significativas en los aranceles respecto a 2025, lo cual beneficiar\u00e1 directamente a las empresas contratantes. En este calendario destaca el retorno en modalidad asincr\u00f3nica del curso Concientizaci\u00f3n en Seguridad Aeroportuaria Categor\u00eda 9, el cual permite a empresas y trabajadores cumplir con sus requerimientos de capacitaci\u00f3n de manera flexible, permitiendo a los trabajadores desviar la menor cantidad de tiempo posible desde sus actividades diarias para efectos del necesario cumplimiento normativo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Complementariamente, en 2026 ALOG Capacita ampliar\u00e1 su portafolio cursos desde lo aeron\u00e1utico hacia otras \u00e1reas clave, haciendo eco de lo planteado por sus propios socios. Este es el caso de los nuevos cursos de Comercio Exterior y Normativa Aduanera; Servicio al Cliente; Gesti\u00f3n de Inventarios; Transporte Mar\u00edtimo de Mercanc\u00edas Peligrosas (IMDG) y Bater\u00edas de Litio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En suma, ALOG Chile mira con entusiasmo el 2026, centrando su mirada en las empresas que la integran. La asociaci\u00f3n quiere ser un aliado estrat\u00e9gico, cercano y flexible, as\u00ed como un punto de encuentro con las m\u00e1s de 95 empresas que la integran.
