Entre las principales medidas implementadas destacan la reutilizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s del 90% de la estructura existente, una gesti\u00f3n de residuos de construcci\u00f3n superior al 75%, ahorros energ\u00e9ticos del 38% en Mr. Storage y del 55% en Patio Panal y una eficiencia h\u00eddrica cercana al 50% en artefactos sanitarios.
