La infraestructura considera certificaci\u00f3n LEED Gold, normativa NFPA, pavimentos superplanos, aislaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica de alto rendimiento, oficinas modulares a medida y sistema contra incendios con estanque propio. Actualmente, las obras se enfocan en la urbanizaci\u00f3n del terreno, instalaci\u00f3n de redes y montaje estructural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los hitos ser\u00e1 la integraci\u00f3n de SmartKi Access, plataforma de seguridad desarrollada por Scharfstein, que permite m\u00faltiples validaciones de acceso \u2014reconocimiento facial, lectura de patentes, biometr\u00eda y m\u00e1s\u2014. Su implementaci\u00f3n piloto en el parque Lo Boza 422 evidenci\u00f3 mejoras sustantivas en trazabilidad, fluidez y reducci\u00f3n de tiempos de espera.
