As\u00ed lo revela la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n del <em>CEO Outlook \u2013 Insurance<\/em> de KPMG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el estudio, 82% de los CEOs del sector declara estar confiado en el crecimiento futuro de su compa\u00f1\u00eda, mientras que 78% mantiene una visi\u00f3n positiva respecto del desempe\u00f1o de la industria en su conjunto. Esta mayor confianza se refleja tambi\u00e9n en las expectativas de resultados: 41% de los ejecutivos anticipa un crecimiento de las utilidades de entre 2,5% y 4,9% en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os, y un 15% proyecta incrementos a\u00fan mayores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La inteligencia artificial se consolida como uno de los principales habilitadores de esta proyecci\u00f3n de crecimiento. El 73% de los CEOs la identifica como prioridad de inversi\u00f3n, y 67% espera obtener retornos en un horizonte de uno a tres a\u00f1os. Asimismo, la mayor\u00eda de las compa\u00f1\u00edas planea destinar entre 10% y 20% de su presupuesto a iniciativas vinculadas a IA, con foco en optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos, gesti\u00f3n de siniestros, an\u00e1lisis de riesgos y mejora en la experiencia de clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, el avance en digitalizaci\u00f3n y adopci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica tambi\u00e9n trae consigo nuevos desaf\u00edos. El 83% de los CEO del sector asegurador se\u00f1ala que el cibercrimen y la inseguridad digital representan la principal amenaza para el crecimiento organizacional, en un contexto de mayor interconectividad y sofisticaci\u00f3n de ataques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl estudio muestra que la confianza en el crecimiento del sector est\u00e1 estrechamente vinculada a la capacidad de integrar tecnolog\u00eda de manera segura. La inteligencia artificial est\u00e1 transformando el modelo operativo de las aseguradoras pudiendo incluso ejecutar procesos complejos de \u201cpunta a punta\u201d, pero su implementaci\u00f3n debe ir acompa\u00f1ada de s\u00f3lidos est\u00e1ndares de gobernanza y trazabilidad, con un fuerte foco en ciberseguridad y gesti\u00f3n de riesgos para sostener la confianza del mercado y de los asegurados\u201d, sostiene <strong>Miguel Mena<\/strong>, managing director de Financial Risk Management de KPMG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <em>CEO Outlook \u2013 Insurance<\/em> de KPMG forma parte del estudio global, que incluye la opini\u00f3n de 1.350 CEOs de empresas con ingresos anuales superiores a US$500 millones.
