A lo largo de la historia, este sector ha sido masculinizado, pero hoy los datos y la realidad operativa nos exigen acelerar el paso para convertir a la industria en un sector con mayor presencia femenina.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan cifras del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.observatoriologistico.cl\/reportes-de-datos\/capital-humano-el-corazon-detras-de-la-logistica\">Observatorio Log\u00edstico y la Subsecretar\u00eda de Transportes, en Chile, hasta 2024, la participaci\u00f3n femenina en el sector era del 18%<\/a> y 20%. Sin embargo, la brecha es m\u00e1s profunda en las posiciones de liderazgo y roles operativos cr\u00edticos. Estas estad\u00edsticas no solo representan una desigualdad, sino tambi\u00e9n la p\u00e9rdida de competitividad y eficiencia para el pa\u00eds. Es as\u00ed como, desde nuestro espacio, hemos podido comprobar que el cambio es posible: casi el 40% de los puestos de liderazgo en DHL Express Chile son ejercidos por mujeres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estamos convencidos de que la diversidad no es una meta de cuotas, sino un motor de resultados. Por esto, es importante que las empresas del sector impulsen programas que busquen, precisamente, fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n femenina en la industria y alcancen posiciones de toma de decisiones.
