El sector del retail no se aleja de esta realidad, donde los procesos log\u00edsticos automatizados son el objetivo estrat\u00e9gico de las compa\u00f1\u00edas. Sin embargo, esta es una tarea que amerita preparaci\u00f3n para evitar errores que se pueden traducir en p\u00e9rdidas de tiempo y recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la log\u00edstica el uso de robots se ha convertido en el mejor aliado para la agilidad y precisi\u00f3n. De acuerdo con un reciente informe de Interact Analysis, se proyecta que la instalaci\u00f3n de robots m\u00f3viles sea mayor de<a href=\"https:\/\/interactanalysis.com\/insight\/mobile-robot-forecast-downgraded-as-macro-economic-factors-continue-to-bite\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\"> 4,2 millones para finales de 2030<\/a>, siendo la escasez de mano de obra el principal factor para la implementaci\u00f3n de los mismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la incorporaci\u00f3n de estas m\u00e1quinas depende de pasos previos, como la instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de almacenes (WMS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), un software que es la \u201ccolumna vertebral\u201d de la operaci\u00f3n. Ahora bien, \u00bfc\u00f3mo se explica la importancia de estos sistemas para avanzar en la robotizaci\u00f3n? Un WMS puede controlar los procesos dentro de las bodegas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn la digitalizaci\u00f3n, el orden de los factores s\u00ed altera el producto. Es importante que las empresas no se salten etapas en el proceso de digitalizaci\u00f3n y automatizaci\u00f3n. El primer paso es tener un WMS, para luego pensar en automatizaciones m\u00e1s avanzadas como podr\u00edan ser sistemas rob\u00f3ticos\u201d, explica Ignacio Orellana, CEO de Sistemo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El experto precisa que para la automatizaci\u00f3n basada en sistemas rob\u00f3ticos es necesario contar con toda la data detallada para que las m\u00e1quinas operen con la precisi\u00f3n deseada, sin errores, p\u00e9rdidas y retrasos, principalmente en el despacho de retailers, supermercados y\/o entregas de e-commerce al usuario final.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">El paso a paso para la robotizaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la intenci\u00f3n de guiar a las compa\u00f1\u00edas que hoy piensan instalar robots en sus cadenas de suministro, Sistemo comparte un paso a paso para robotizar los almacenes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Digitalizaci\u00f3n de la operaci\u00f3n. Salir del trabajo rudimentario y manual es la primera prioridad. Una empresa que todav\u00eda depende de planillas de Excel impresas y procesos manuales est\u00e1 lejos de estar lista para automatizarse. En este camino, es fundamental renovar y estructurar la base maestra, donde se almacena la informaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de los productos, como peso, volumen y dimensiones. Por ello, la incorporaci\u00f3n de WMS permite centralizar el control de la bodega, estandarizar procesos y asegurar que la informaci\u00f3n sea confiable y precisa para dar el salto a la robotizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entender el volumen y la demanda. Una vez implementados los pasos de digitalizaci\u00f3n, se vuelve m\u00e1s sencillo analizar y proyectar la rotaci\u00f3n de pedidos y turnos de trabajo. Este an\u00e1lisis permite dimensionar de manera adecuada la operaci\u00f3n del almac\u00e9n o bodega y determinar la cantidad de robots que resultar\u00e1n rentables para el negocio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una estrategia para hacer crecer el negocio. Entendiendo el funcionamiento de las empresas, se puede partir con pilotos de robotizaci\u00f3n para conocer los resultados tras su incorporaci\u00f3n. De esta manera se podr\u00e1 validar el momento de ampliar la flota de robots que responda con el crecimiento de la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gesti\u00f3n del cambio cultural. La tecnolog\u00eda s\u00f3lo puede alcanzar su m\u00e1ximo potencial cuando se integra de manera efectiva con las personas.
