La globalizaci\u00f3n, la digitalizaci\u00f3n acelerada, las exigencias normativas y la creciente complejidad de la cadena de suministro han puesto en evidencia una realidad ineludible: la capacitaci\u00f3n de los profesionales del sector ya no es opcional, es estrat\u00e9gica.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diversos estudios internacionales indican que m\u00e1s del 70 % de las empresas log\u00edsticas reconoce brechas relevantes de habilidades en su personal, especialmente en materias asociadas a nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, an\u00e1lisis de datos, automatizaci\u00f3n de procesos y gesti\u00f3n integrada de la cadena de suministro. Al mismo tiempo, se estima que m\u00e1s de la mitad de los trabajadores del rubro requerir\u00e1 alg\u00fan tipo de reentrenamiento en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os para adaptarse a herramientas digitales, plataformas de gesti\u00f3n log\u00edstica (TMS, WMS) y exigencias del comercio exterior cada vez m\u00e1s regulado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-29456 alignleft\" style=\"border-width: 20px; margin: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/cynthia-peresic.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/cynthia-peresic.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/cynthia-peresic-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/cynthia-peresic-75x75.jpg 75w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>En este contexto, la capacitaci\u00f3n normativa y formativa adquiere un rol central. Conocer y actualizarse permanentemente en normativas aduaneras, seguridad, transporte internacional, sostenibilidad y compliance no solo reduce riesgos operativos, sino que mejora la eficiencia y la competitividad. A ello se suma la necesidad de fortalecer competencias tecnol\u00f3gicas, ya que hoy la log\u00edstica se apoya en sistemas predictivos, trazabilidad en tiempo real e inteligencia artificial aplicada a la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero este desaf\u00edo formativo no se da en un vac\u00edo generacional. La industria log\u00edstica es un espacio donde conviven distintas generaciones, cada una con fortalezas y brechas espec\u00edficas. Por un lado, ingresan j\u00f3venes con formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-profesional, familiarizados con herramientas digitales y con una mayor disposici\u00f3n al cambio. Sin embargo, muchas veces estos nuevos talentos requieren mayor capacitaci\u00f3n en aspectos clave de la operaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica, comprensi\u00f3n integral de los procesos, normativa y criterios pr\u00e1cticos que solo se adquieren con experiencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, se encuentran los profesionales m\u00e1s experimentados, quienes han sostenido la operaci\u00f3n durante a\u00f1os y poseen un conocimiento profundo del negocio, de la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos y de la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas en escenarios reales. No obstante, ellos tambi\u00e9n enfrentan el desaf\u00edo de actualizar sus competencias, incorporar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y adaptarse a modelos de gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s din\u00e1micos y digitalizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aqu\u00ed surge una conclusi\u00f3n clave: ninguna generaci\u00f3n es prescindible. La log\u00edstica moderna necesita tanto la energ\u00eda, adaptabilidad y mirada tecnol\u00f3gica de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, como la experiencia, criterio y conocimiento operativo de quienes han construido el sector. La verdadera ventaja competitiva aparece cuando ambas generaciones avanzan juntas, compartiendo saberes y aprendiendo de manera colaborativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n, entonces, debe entenderse como un espacio de encuentro intergeneracional, donde se fortalezcan habilidades t\u00e9cnicas, normativas y digitales, pero tambi\u00e9n se promueva el intercambio de experiencias. Invertir en formaci\u00f3n continua no solo mejora indicadores operativos, sino que construye equipos m\u00e1s cohesionados, preparados y resilientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva, el futuro de la industria log\u00edstica no depende solo de la tecnolog\u00eda, sino de la capacidad de sus profesionales para aprender, adaptarse y crecer juntos.
