La transici\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica permite evolucionar desde las revisiones semanales hacia una supervisi\u00f3n y correcci\u00f3n de flujos en tiempo real.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el marco del XV Congreso Internacional de Supply Chain y Logistica 2026 organizado por Analdex,l\u00edderes de la industria y expertos en tecnolog\u00eda\u00a0 como: Juan Angel, Country Manager de Drivin en Colombia,\u00a0 David Escobar, CEO de Navisaf y Oscar Poveda, CIO y Gerente de Tecnolog\u00eda y Soluciones IA de Altipal, se reunieron en un panel titulado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4lDNsQ5EopE\">\u00abAgentes de IA con impacto real\u00bb<\/a> para debatir sobre la transformaci\u00f3n digital de la log\u00edstica y es que seg\u00fan un estudio de la empresa NTT DATA en 2026 la inversi\u00f3n en IA de las empresas log\u00edsticas en el pa\u00eds podr\u00eda crecer hasta un 15%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La principal conclusi\u00f3n del encuentro fue clara: la era de usar la Inteligencia Artificial de forma fragmentada o \u00fanicamente para tareas b\u00e1sicas qued\u00f3 atr\u00e1s, abriendo paso a la consolidaci\u00f3n de la IA Ag\u00e9ntica o la forma en la que la IA logra un objetivo espec\u00edfico bajo poca supervisi\u00f3n\u00a0 como el verdadero motor de crecimiento empresarial, un ejemplo de ello es la integraci\u00f3n de desarrollos que permiten a un TMS actuar con autonom\u00eda y un mayor nivel de inteligencia, generando resultados reales y medibles que permiten sintetizar labores y mejorar la calidad de las labores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018\u2018En <a href=\"https:\/\/driv.in\/\">Drivin<\/a>, entendemos la IA como una estrategia central que robustece nuestra plataforma. Con la arquitectura de N\u00e9bula, hemos potenciado el n\u00facleo del TMS para que procese datos con precisi\u00f3n. Sentinel, por su parte, es el complemento que permite al sistema tener criterio para intervenir y resolver problemas en tiempo real, transformando la gesti\u00f3n log\u00edstica en una operaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s eficiente\u2019\u2019 explica Juan Angel representante de Drivin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el panel, se expuso que, a diferencia de las herramientas tradicionales de automatizaci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica de procesos (RPA), los agentes inteligentes del 2026 cuentan con la capacidad de percibir su entorno, realizar una planificaci\u00f3n aut\u00f3noma y tomar decisiones reactivas ante riesgos e impedimentos sin necesidad de supervisi\u00f3n humana constante.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La IA y el talento humano van de la mano:<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los principales temas a tratar durante la conversaci\u00f3n fue la necesidad de ampliar como estos modelos o sistemas logran integrarse con la importancia que merece los profesionales en las organizaciones, pero adem\u00e1s cu\u00e1l es el papel que juegan las compa\u00f1\u00edas en la capacitaci\u00f3n y la transformaci\u00f3n digital de sus procesos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capitalizaci\u00f3n del Conocimiento Organizacional: Los nuevos modelos se alimentan directamente de los repositorios documentales e hist\u00f3ricos de las compa\u00f1\u00edas, evitando la p\u00e9rdida de conocimiento cr\u00edtico por la rotaci\u00f3n de personal y enriqueciendo la memoria institucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Rol Humano: Los panelistas enfatizaron que la tecnolog\u00eda act\u00faa como un \u00absistema nervioso\u00bb operativo, pero requiere de un balance perfecto con la intuici\u00f3n, la \u00e9tica y el buen juicio humano para garantizar el \u00e9xito a largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Otro punto de gran relevancia tuvo que ver con el verdadero valor actual que tiene la IA radica en\u00a0 conectar un ecosistema de agentes que comparten informaci\u00f3n entre \u00e1reas tradicionalmente aisladas (como compras, inventarios y transporte), implementando una estrategia integral en lugar de soluciones en silos.
