Que mayo haya sido el mes con mayor monto de inversi\u00f3n aprobada en once a\u00f1os muestra que hay proyectos, inter\u00e9s y una oportunidad concreta para reactivar la econom\u00eda.<!--more--><br \/>\nPero para que esa inversi\u00f3n se transforme en actividad real, no basta con aprobar permisos. Las empresas tambi\u00e9n necesitan espacios donde operar: bodegas, centros de distribuci\u00f3n, accesos adecuados, seguridad, conectividad y cercan\u00eda con clientes, proveedores y trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La industria del bodegaje cumple un rol mucho m\u00e1s relevante del que a veces se reconoce. No es solo un lugar para guardar productos; es parte de la cadena que permite que una empresa pueda crecer, responder a la demanda, ordenar su operaci\u00f3n y llegar a tiempo al mercado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si Chile quiere que los nuevos proyectos avancen con rapidez, tambi\u00e9n debe mirar la disponibilidad de infraestructura log\u00edstica y de bodegaje. A ello se suma la importancia de contar con certeza jur\u00eddica y reglas claras, elementos fundamentales para que las empresas puedan tomar decisiones de inversi\u00f3n de largo plazo con confianza.
