La log\u00edstica dej\u00f3 de ser una funci\u00f3n silenciosa para convertirse en un eje estrat\u00e9gico, altamente expuesto a cambios geopol\u00edticos, presi\u00f3n por la sostenibilidad, volatilidad de los mercados y al avance acelerado de la tecnolog\u00eda y la inteligencia artificial (IA).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existe consenso: la tecnolog\u00eda marcar\u00e1 el rumbo. Sin embargo, el verdadero desaf\u00edo no ser\u00e1 solo adoptarla, sino definir c\u00f3mo usarla, bajo qu\u00e9 criterios \u00e9ticos y con qu\u00e9 nivel de preparaci\u00f3n de quienes lideran estas decisiones.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">UN SUPPLY CHAIN M\u00c1S INTELIGENTE, PERO TAMBI\u00c9N M\u00c1S EXPUESTO<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-29762 alignleft\" style=\"border-width: 20px; margin: 20px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Marcela-Celis.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Marcela-Celis.png 200w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Marcela-Celis-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Marcela-Celis-75x75.png 75w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Las cadenas de suministro evolucionan hacia modelos digitales, predictivos y aut\u00f3nomos. Tecnolog\u00edas como IA, machine learning, gemelos digitales e IoT est\u00e1n redefiniendo la planificaci\u00f3n, la trazabilidad y la toma de decisiones en tiempo real.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy existen cadenas capaces de anticipar disrupciones, optimizar rutas considerando emisiones y generar visibilidad end-to-end. Pero este avance tambi\u00e9n implica mayor exposici\u00f3n, m\u00e1s datos, m\u00e1s interconexi\u00f3n y mayor dependencia tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El supply chain del futuro ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s inteligente, pero tambi\u00e9n m\u00e1s vulnerable si no se gestiona con responsabilidad.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL: VENTAJA COMPETITIVA O RIESGO SILENCIOSO<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La IA ya es una realidad operativa. En los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os veremos sistemas a\u00fan m\u00e1s aut\u00f3nomos: selecci\u00f3n de proveedores, asignaci\u00f3n de inventarios y decisiones log\u00edsticas automatizadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aqu\u00ed surge una pregunta clave: \u00bfestamos delegando decisiones cr\u00edticas a sistemas que realmente comprendemos?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El riesgo no est\u00e1 en la tecnolog\u00eda, sino en su uso acr\u00edtico. Algoritmos con datos sesgados pueden afectar la equidad, la sustentabilidad, excluir proveedores o privilegiar eficiencias de corto plazo sobre resiliencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ventaja estar\u00e1 en quienes entiendan que la IA debe complementar no reemplazar el juicio humano.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9TICA Y TRANSPARENCIA: EL NUEVO EST\u00c1NDAR COMPETITIVO<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presi\u00f3n por mayor transparencia seguir\u00e1 creciendo. Ya no bastar\u00e1 con optimizar resultados; ser\u00e1 necesario explicar c\u00f3mo se toman las decisiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Preguntas como:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 un algoritmo eligi\u00f3 a un proveedor y no a otro?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfQu\u00e9 criterios se priorizaron: costo, sostenibilidad, riesgo, diversidad?<\/li>\n<li>\u00bfExiste supervisi\u00f3n humana sobre estas decisiones?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ser\u00e1n cada vez m\u00e1s relevantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La \u00e9tica dejar\u00e1 de ser un concepto abstracto y pasar\u00e1 a ser un factor de competitividad. Las organizaciones que no incorporen principios de gobernanza tecnol\u00f3gica quedar\u00e1n expuestas a riesgos reputacionales y regulatorios.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">CIBERSEGURIDAD: EL ESLAB\u00d3N CR\u00cdTICO DEL SUPPLY CHAIN DIGITAL<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La digitalizaci\u00f3n aumenta la superficie de ataque. El supply chain es hoy uno de los principales objetivos de ciberamenazas debido a su interconexi\u00f3n. Un proveedor vulnerable puede transformarse en la puerta de entrada a toda la red.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el 2026, la ciberseguridad no ser\u00e1 solo un tema del \u00e1rea TI, sino una responsabilidad estrat\u00e9gica del liderazgo. La protecci\u00f3n de datos, la continuidad operacional y la resiliencia digital ser\u00e1n tan importantes como la eficiencia log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Invertir en tecnolog\u00eda sin invertir en ciberseguridad es construir sobre terreno inestable. La pregunta no ser\u00e1 si ocurrir\u00e1 un ataque, sino qu\u00e9 tan preparados estamos para detectarlo, responder y recuperarnos sin afectar la operaci\u00f3n ni la confianza de clientes y socios.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">EL FACTOR HUMANO: LA VERDADERA BRECHA DEL SUPPLY CHAIN<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mayor riesgo no es la falta de tecnolog\u00eda, sino la brecha de capacidades. La transformaci\u00f3n exige nuevas competencias:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital y comprensi\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de IA y anal\u00edtica de datos<\/li>\n<li>Pensamiento cr\u00edtico para cuestionar resultados algor\u00edtmicos<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad \u00e9tica para evaluar impactos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del KPI<\/li>\n<li>Liderazgo colaborativo en ecosistemas complejos y diversos<\/li>\n<li>Preparar a las personas no es un complemento, es una condici\u00f3n para capturar el valor de la tecnolog\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">EL FUTURO NO ES TECNOL\u00d3GICO: ES DE LIDERAZGO<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde mi perspectiva, el debate sobre el futuro del supply chain no deber\u00eda centrarse en cu\u00e1nta tecnolog\u00eda incorporar, sino en qu\u00e9 tipo de liderazgo queremos ejercer en un entorno cada vez m\u00e1s automatizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tecnolog\u00eda es una herramienta poderosa, pero neutra. Los valores, criterios y decisiones siguen siendo humanos. El verdadero desaf\u00edo en adelante ser\u00e1 liderar cadenas de suministro que sean eficientes, s\u00ed, pero tambi\u00e9n \u00e9ticas, transparentes, sostenibles, seguras y humanas.}<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Porque la cadena de suministro m\u00e1s resiliente no ser\u00e1 la m\u00e1s automatizada, sino la que logre equilibrar tecnolog\u00eda, \u00e9tica y liderazgo con visi\u00f3n de futuro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Marcela Celis Cisterna, Jefe de Abastecimiento y Contratos en Codelco.
