Detr\u00e1s de cada entrega existe una red de veh\u00edculos que circula diariamente para abastecer hogares, comercios y empresas, generando un impacto cada vez m\u00e1s visible en el tr\u00e1fico y el medioambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente, la distribuci\u00f3n urbana de mercanc\u00edas y las operaciones de \u00faltima milla representan entre el 20% y el 30% del tr\u00e1fico en las ciudades y generan hasta el 30% de las emisiones de CO\u2082 asociadas al transporte. A medida que aumentan las expectativas de recibir productos en menos tiempo, el desaf\u00edo para las empresas consiste en mantener la eficiencia operativa sin incrementar su huella ambiental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Enrique Ycaza, CEO de Drivin Ecuador, la sostenibilidad log\u00edstica comienza por eliminar ineficiencias en la operaci\u00f3n diaria. \u201cLa reducci\u00f3n de emisiones no depende \u00fanicamente de cambiar el tipo de veh\u00edculo. Tambi\u00e9n pasa por aprovechar mejor los recursos disponibles, evitar desplazamientos innecesarios y planificar las entregas de manera m\u00e1s eficiente\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los principales desaf\u00edos es la congesti\u00f3n vehicular. Los veh\u00edculos de reparto pasan una parte importante de su jornada atrapados en el tr\u00e1fico, consumiendo combustible y generando emisiones sin avanzar significativamente en sus recorridos. Frente a esta realidad, las empresas est\u00e1n incorporando herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas que les permiten planificar mejor sus operaciones, adaptarse a las condiciones de movilidad y optimizar el uso de sus flotas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la digitalizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 permitiendo medir con mayor precisi\u00f3n el impacto ambiental de cada operaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica. El acceso a indicadores sobre consumo de combustible, kil\u00f3metros recorridos y emisiones de CO\u2082 facilita la toma de decisiones orientadas a la sostenibilidad y al cumplimiento de objetivos ESG.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa eficiencia operativa y la sostenibilidad ya no son conceptos separados.
