El proyecto en M\u00e9xico se enmarca en el programa #GrowingTogether de AR Racking.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/mx\/\">AR Racking<\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pmsteele.com.mx\/\">PM STEELE\u00ae<\/a>, su distribuidor oficial en M\u00e9xico y parte del programa #GrowingTogether, ha impulsado una soluci\u00f3n de almacenamiento para Empacadora La Merced, compa\u00f1\u00eda dedicada al empaque y distribuci\u00f3n de alimentos. El proyecto responde a la necesidad de transformar un espacio subutilizado en un almac\u00e9n m\u00e1s eficiente, ordenado y preparado para gestionar distintos flujos de producto en una misma \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El reto inicial de La Merced parec\u00eda acotado, pero el diagn\u00f3stico realizado por PM STEELE\u00ae permiti\u00f3 identificar una oportunidad de mejora m\u00e1s profunda: el almac\u00e9n no contaba con un sistema suficientemente vers\u00e1til para operar de forma simult\u00e1nea con diferentes din\u00e1micas de inventario. Esta situaci\u00f3n limitaba la selectividad, generaba cuellos de botella y dificultaba una operaci\u00f3n \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para responder a esta necesidad, PM STEELE\u00ae dise\u00f1\u00f3 e implement\u00f3 una soluci\u00f3n integral con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/mx\/sistemas-de-almacenaje\/racks-industriales\/racks-para-tarimas\/rack-dinamico-fifo-tarimas\/\">Estanter\u00edas Din\u00e1micas para Palets (FIFO)<\/a>, combinando estructuras que permiten un flujo fijo y un sistema orientado a la selectividad. La propuesta no solo optimiz\u00f3 el uso del espacio disponible, sino que tambi\u00e9n mejor\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n interna y el movimiento de producto desde el primer d\u00eda de operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto destaca por el acompa\u00f1amiento consultivo de PM STEELE\u00ae, desde el diagn\u00f3stico inicial hasta la instalaci\u00f3n final. En este proceso, el papel tractor de AR Racking se refleja en su capacidad para fortalecer una red de distribuci\u00f3n oficial que acerca al mercado mexicano soluciones de almacenamiento industrial de alto rendimiento, adaptadas a las necesidades reales de cada operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMi experiencia con el servicio de PM STEELE\u00ae ha sido excelente. El servicio que recib\u00ed durante y posterior a la compra fue maravilloso. Quedamos fascinados con la organizaci\u00f3n.
