En M\u00e9xico, el sector de comercio de moda, que incluye ropa, calzado y accesorios, representan el 6.4% de las unidades econ\u00f3micas del pa\u00eds y generan m\u00e1s del 5% del empleo nacional, seg\u00fan datos de INEGI, lo que confirma su peso estrat\u00e9gico dentro del consumo y el retail nacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, 8 de cada 10 compradores digitales han adquirido productos de moda en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, consolid\u00e1ndose como una de las categor\u00edas m\u00e1s relevantes del eCommerce, de acuerdo con la Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Venta Online (AMVO).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La digitalizaci\u00f3n de la log\u00edstica inversa est\u00e1 redefiniendo la postventa como un momento clave para recuperar ingresos y fortalecer la relaci\u00f3n con el cliente. Datos operativos de Reversso, software de log\u00edstica inversa que ayuda a las marcas a gestionar de forma automatizada los procesos que ocurren despu\u00e9s de la compra, muestran que m\u00e1s del 57% de las solicitudes postventa en moda corresponden a cambios y no a devoluciones definitivas, lo que evidencia una oportunidad directa para retener ingresos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, cerca del 26% de estos cambios deriva en procesos de upselling, con incrementos promedio de hasta 19% en el valor del ticket. Estas din\u00e1micas son posibles gracias a herramientas de autogesti\u00f3n que permiten al consumidor seleccionar una nueva talla o producto en el mismo flujo, sin esperar a la validaci\u00f3n de un reembolso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy, la postventa es un punto cr\u00edtico en la experiencia del cliente. Las marcas que logran transformar una devoluci\u00f3n en un cambio inmediato no solo reducen p\u00e9rdidas, sino que convierten ese momento en una oportunidad de negocio\u201d, explica Rodrigo Cerda Somoza, Head of Revenue de Reversso M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel industria, el comportamiento del consumidor confirma esta tendencia. La AMVO se\u00f1ala que la experiencia de compra, incluyendo procesos de devoluci\u00f3n, es uno de los factores determinantes en la recompra y lealtad. Por ello, la log\u00edstica inversa deja de ser \u00fanicamente un proceso operativo para convertirse en un diferenciador competitivo.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devoluciones: de costo operativo a palanca estrat\u00e9gica<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La automatizaci\u00f3n de estos procesos permite reducir tiempos, eliminar fricciones y mantener el ingreso dentro del ecosistema de la marca. En lugar de ciclos tradicionales que pueden extenderse por varios d\u00edas, los modelos digitales habilitan cambios en tiempo real, mejorando la experiencia del usuario y optimizando la operaci\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la gesti\u00f3n estructurada de devoluciones genera informaci\u00f3n clave para el negocio: desde patrones de talla hasta fallas en descripciones de producto. Este tipo de datos permite a las marcas tomar decisiones m\u00e1s precisas en surtido, dise\u00f1o y cat\u00e1logo, reduciendo futuras devoluciones y mejorando la conversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En un entorno donde el comercio electr\u00f3nico mantiene crecimientos de doble d\u00edgito y una base de consumidores cada vez m\u00e1s sofisticada, el desaf\u00edo no es eliminar las devoluciones, sino gestionarlas estrat\u00e9gicamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl consumidor ya integra la devoluci\u00f3n como parte natural de la compra. La diferencia est\u00e1 en qu\u00e9 tan r\u00e1pido y sencillo puede resolverla. Ah\u00ed es donde las marcas pueden ganar o perder valor\u201d, asegura Cerda Somoza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la intersecci\u00f3n entre moda y log\u00edstica, el \u201ctalle perfecto\u201d deja de ser \u00fanicamente un objetivo comercial para convertirse en un eje estrat\u00e9gico.
