Su presencia es ubicua, y no hay sector ni industria que no est\u00e9 evaluando su incorporaci\u00f3n en alguna dimensi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de su operaci\u00f3n. Las cadenas de suministro y la log\u00edstica global no son la excepci\u00f3n; de hecho, se presentan como campos de aplicaci\u00f3n prioritarios, dada la criticidad de sus labores para el abastecimiento, la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica de los pa\u00edses y la satisfacci\u00f3n del consumidor final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido, a la IA tambi\u00e9n se suma la rob\u00f3tica y la automatizaci\u00f3n avanzada. Estas herramientas se han vuelto cada vez m\u00e1s esenciales para que las empresas prosperen \u00e1gilmente a un entorno macroecon\u00f3mico incierto, marcado por la volatilidad arancelaria, las fluctuaciones en las tasas de inter\u00e9s, los conflictos geopol\u00edticos, la impredecible confianza del consumidor y la creciente preocupaci\u00f3n por el desempleo causado por la automatizaci\u00f3n misma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cFrente a un entorno econ\u00f3mico global impredecible, las herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas como la IA y la rob\u00f3tica ya no son meros complementos, sino inversiones estrat\u00e9gicas cr\u00edticas. M\u00e1s a\u00fan, son los pilares para lograr la agilidad necesaria, la resiliencia operativa y una ventaja competitiva sostenible\u201d, menciona\u00a0Ignacio Orellana Soto-Aguilar, CEO de Sistemo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La magnitud de esta transformaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 documentada. Seg\u00fan el informe anual de MHI y Deloitte \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mhi.org\/annual-industry-reports\">Reconfigurando el Futuro<\/a>\u201d, la IA se considera la tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s disruptiva de la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada. Una cuarta parte de los encuestados (24%) la clasifica como transformadora y casi la mitad (48%) considera que su impacto disruptivo es significativo o mayor. Por su parte, la rob\u00f3tica y la automatizaci\u00f3n le siguen como la segunda tecnolog\u00eda m\u00e1s disruptiva, con un 39% que califica su impacto como significativo o mayor.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfY los retos no tecnol\u00f3gicos?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El consenso en el sector log\u00edstico respecto a los potenciales impactos positivos es pr\u00e1cticamente total. Sin embargo, existen obst\u00e1culos que ralentizan la adopci\u00f3n. En el caso de la IA, hablamos de la elaboraci\u00f3n de un caso de negocio claro (20%); la falta de comprensi\u00f3n (19%); y la falta de talento adecuado (12%). En relaci\u00f3n a la rob\u00f3tica y la automatizaci\u00f3n, el principal y m\u00e1s recurrente obst\u00e1culo son las limitaciones presupuestarias iniciales y la necesidad de una inversi\u00f3n de capital considerable (CAPEX).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSin duda, hablamos de tecnolog\u00edas capaces de revolucionar la toma de decisiones y ayudar a abordar los persistentes desaf\u00edos laborales. No obstante, el ritmo de progreso se ve perjudicado por desaf\u00edos no tecnol\u00f3gicos: brechas de conocimiento, la obtenci\u00f3n de inversi\u00f3n y la capacitaci\u00f3n de los equipos. Por ende, para capitalizar el potencial de estas herramientas, los l\u00edderes deben generar consenso, clarificar el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n (ROI) y alinear la adopci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica con la estrategia empresarial\u201d, sentencia Orellana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin innovaci\u00f3n, las empresas pueden enfrentarse a puntos ciegos m\u00e1s profundos, respuestas m\u00e1s lentas y una mayor vulnerabilidad a las crisis financieras y operativas. En cambio, las organizaciones que integran IA y rob\u00f3tica en un modelo operativo unificado y \u00e1gil no solo resisten la disrupci\u00f3n, sino que la usan para mejorar continuamente.
