Sin embargo, existe un proceso que, en gran parte de la industria, contin\u00faa realiz\u00e1ndose de forma manual: <strong>la carga y descarga de camiones<\/strong>. <!--more-->Esta operaci\u00f3n puede tomar <strong>entre 30 y 45 minutos por veh\u00edculo<\/strong>, intensiva en mano de obra y concentra buena parte de los accidentes y del da\u00f1o de producto en bodega, siendo <strong>uno de los principales cuellos de botella de la cadena log\u00edstica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frente a este escenario, comienza a ganar terreno en Chile una tecnolog\u00eda ampliamente utilizada en mercados internacionales: <strong>los sistemas de carga y descarga autom\u00e1tica de camiones<\/strong>. Estas soluciones permiten <strong>transferir cerca de 30 pallets en un solo movimiento continuo<\/strong>, completando la operaci\u00f3n en <strong>menos de cinco minutos, con un \u00fanico operador<\/strong> y <strong>reduciendo hasta en un 90% los tiempos<\/strong> asociados a este proceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se trata de <strong>Joloda Hydraroll, l\u00edder mundial en sistemas de carga y descarga<\/strong>, con m\u00e1s de <strong>60 a\u00f1os de trayectoria y presencia en m\u00e1s de 35 pa\u00edses<\/strong>. A nivel global, la compa\u00f1\u00eda cuenta con <strong>m\u00e1s de 1.000 sistemas de carga autom\u00e1tica y 500.000 sistemas de carga manual instalados<\/strong>, y su tecnolog\u00eda es utilizada por grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas como <strong>Nestl\u00e9, Unilever, Tesla, Procter &amp; Gamble, PepsiCo y Tetra Pak<\/strong>. En <strong>Chile<\/strong>, la soluci\u00f3n es representada de manera exclusiva por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/trailer-logistics\/home\/\"><strong>Trailer Logistics<\/strong><\/a> y ya suma <strong>m\u00e1s de 10 unidades en operaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, entre estaciones de and\u00e9n y semirremolques, principalmente en empresas de alimentos y consumo masivo como <strong>Ideal y Nestl\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abDurante a\u00f1os la industria ha invertido en automatizar pr\u00e1cticamente todos los procesos dentro de los centros de distribuci\u00f3n, pero la carga y descarga de los camiones segu\u00eda siendo uno de los \u00faltimos eslabones donde predominaba el trabajo manual. All\u00ed existe una enorme oportunidad para mejorar la productividad, optimizar el uso de los andenes y elevar los est\u00e1ndares de seguridad. Automatizar este proceso no significa solamente cargar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido; significa que toda la cadena log\u00edstica puede operar de manera mucho m\u00e1s eficiente\u00bb<\/em>, explica <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/hernansearleferrari\/?locale=es\">Hern\u00e1n Searle<\/a>, gerente general de Trailer Logistics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00e1s capacidad sin ampliar la infraestructura<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de <strong>reducir hasta en un 90% los tiempos de carga y descarga<\/strong>, este tipo de sistemas permite <strong>aumentar la cantidad de operaciones que puede realizar un mismo and\u00e9n durante una jornada<\/strong>, optimizando el uso de la infraestructura existente y disminuyendo los tiempos de espera de los camiones. Asimismo, la operaci\u00f3n puede ser realizada por <strong>un solo operador o bien automatizada dentro de los procesos internos de la operaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, eliminando el ingreso de <strong>gr\u00faas horquilla al interior del semirremolque<\/strong> y reduciendo significativamente <strong>los riesgos de accidentes laborales<\/strong> y <strong>los da\u00f1os a la carga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su mayor impacto se observa en <strong>operaciones de alto volumen y alta frecuencia<\/strong>, como las industrias de <strong>alimentos, bebidas, consumo masivo, packaging y papel<\/strong>, as\u00ed como en la relaci\u00f3n entre proveedores y grandes cadenas de retail. En estos casos, <strong>la automatizaci\u00f3n del and\u00e9n<\/strong> permite mejorar la productividad de toda la cadena, reduciendo la congesti\u00f3n de camiones y aprovechando de mejor manera la infraestructura disponible. A ello se suma un <strong>efecto de sostenibilidad:<\/strong> menos camiones detenidos y menos tiempo significan un mejor uso de la flota y menores emisiones por unidad transportada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00abLa automatizaci\u00f3n de la carga y descarga ya no es una tendencia, sino una necesidad para una industria que busca ser m\u00e1s eficiente, segura y competitiva.
