Pero existe otra operaci\u00f3n compleja que sostiene gran parte del pa\u00eds en silencio: la distribuci\u00f3n granel de GLP y GNL a industrias, empresas y clientes en cada rinc\u00f3n de Chile.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para liderarla est\u00e1 Daniel Iglesias, Jefe Nacional de Log\u00edstica Granel, con m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en la compa\u00f1\u00eda, responsable de coordinar rutas, clientes, flota y servicio desde Arica hasta Punta Arenas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de Drivin: planificaci\u00f3n manual, dependencia humana y poca visibilidad<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante a\u00f1os, la planificaci\u00f3n de rutas en Lipigas era un proceso manual, basado en experiencia y muchas decisiones humanas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eso generaba:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Menos control sobre rutas y flota<\/li>\n<li>Dificultad para garantizar ventanas horarias<\/li>\n<li>Menor eficiencia en la ocupaci\u00f3n de camiones<\/li>\n<li>Riesgos operacionales ante contingencias<\/li>\n<li>Lipigas necesitaba algo m\u00e1s grande: un socio que acompa\u00f1ara el cambio, no s\u00f3lo un software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una alianza estrat\u00e9gica desde el d\u00eda uno<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lipigas evalu\u00f3 m\u00e1s de diez proveedores, incluso alternativas internacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abRecibimos a Drivin como una estrategia bilateral. Que a los dos nos iba a servir crecer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diferencia estuvo en tres elementos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Integraciones nativas sin desarrollos<\/li>\n<li>Costosos adaptabilidad a los procesos existentes<\/li>\n<li>Visi\u00f3n compartida de crecimiento a largo plazo<\/li>\n<li>\u201cEllos se adaptaron a lo que necesit\u00e1bamos como empresa.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>El resultado super\u00f3 las expectativas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Implementaci\u00f3n en tiempo r\u00e9cord (y en medio del pa\u00eds en crisis)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El despliegue de Drivin comenz\u00f3 en 2019 y en solo 6 meses ya estaba operativo a nivel nacional. Durante ese periodo, Chile vivi\u00f3: el estallido social y luego la llegada de la pandemia.
