Nuestra soluci\u00f3n de estanter\u00edas convencionales para palets mejora capacidad, acceso directo y seguridad.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/co\/\">AR Racking<\/a> hemos finalizado un nuevo proyecto de almacenaje industrial para <a href=\"https:\/\/bulkmatic.com.co\/\">Bulkmatic <\/a>de Colombia en Cartagena. La instalaci\u00f3n, situada en el Complejo Log\u00edstico del Caribe, ha sido dise\u00f1ada para aumentar la capacidad de almacenamiento de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y mejorar la eficiencia de su operativa log\u00edstica diaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para responder a estas necesidades, hemos instalado un sistema de estanter\u00edas convencionales para palets <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ar-racking.com\/co\/sistemas-de-almacenaje\/estanterias-industriales\/estanterias-para-estibas\/estanterias-selectivas\/\">AR PAL<\/a>, una soluci\u00f3n selectiva especialmente adecuada para operaciones que requieren acceso directo a la mercanc\u00eda, rapidez en carga y descarga, y una gesti\u00f3n flexible de m\u00faltiples referencias. Con una capacidad total de 6.396 posiciones de palets, el proyecto permite aprovechar de forma eficiente tanto la superficie disponible como la altura de la bodega.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro equipo de ingenier\u00eda ha desarrollado un dise\u00f1o a medida para Bulkmatic, analizando las caracter\u00edsticas de la carga, las dimensiones del almac\u00e9n y los requisitos operativos del proyecto. La instalaci\u00f3n alcanza alturas de entre 10.000 mm y 11.500 mm y est\u00e1 adaptada a palets de 1.200 x 1.000 mm, con pesos de entre 1,5 y 1,6 toneladas por estiba y alturas de carga de 1.960 mm y 2.100 mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La soluci\u00f3n se ha ejecutado en varias fases durante siete semanas, con el objetivo de garantizar una implantaci\u00f3n ordenada y alineada con las necesidades de la empresa cliente. Adem\u00e1s, hemos incorporado elementos de protecci\u00f3n como mallas, topes y barreras, que contribuyen a reforzar la seguridad de la instalaci\u00f3n y a proteger tanto la estructura como la mercanc\u00eda almacenada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a este sistema de almacenaje industrial, Bulkmatic dispone ahora de una infraestructura m\u00e1s vers\u00e1til, escalable y eficiente. El acceso inmediato a cada palet facilita la trazabilidad, la rotaci\u00f3n de productos y la gesti\u00f3n del inventario, al tiempo que reduce movimientos innecesarios, tiempos de operaci\u00f3n y posibles errores en la manipulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste proyecto se ha desarrollado paso a paso y estamos satisfechos de contar con una empresa proveedora como AR Racking, que nos ha brindado asesor\u00eda constante a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/olga-vinasco-362a5a74\/\">Luc\u00eda Vinasco<\/a>.
