Recuperar el dinamismo econ\u00f3mico no ser\u00e1 una tarea f\u00e1cil, pero un trabajo conjunto y coordinado puede acelerar la transformaci\u00f3n que Chile necesita para aumentar su competitividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este contexto, la C\u00e1mara Regional del Comercio de Valpara\u00edso (CRCP) propone la creaci\u00f3n de un Consejo Nacional Aut\u00f3nomo de Comercio Internacional, con participaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada, orientada a dise\u00f1ar, coordinar y evaluar una estrategia nacional en esta materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cChile cuenta con una amplia red de acuerdos comerciales y las exportaciones representan cerca del 30% del PIB, pero las decisiones que inciden en el comercio exterior est\u00e1n repartidas entre distintos ministerios, servicios p\u00fablicos y organismos vinculados a infraestructura, transporte, log\u00edstica y promoci\u00f3n de las exportaciones\u201d, explica Javier Torrej\u00f3n, presidente de la CRCP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, el dirigente enfatiza que el desaf\u00edo es trabajar bajo objetivos comunes, con prioridades compartidas y una estrategia nacional permanente. \u201cLa idea es que el nuevo consejo permita reunir en una misma instancia a organismos como los ministerios de Relaciones Exteriores, Hacienda, Econom\u00eda, Agricultura, Obras P\u00fablicas y Transportes, adem\u00e1s de Aduanas, ProChile, Corfo, SAG y Directemar, entre otros\u201d, dice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera, podr\u00edan generarse mejores condiciones para que la inversi\u00f3n y la actividad econ\u00f3mica puedan crecer. \u201cPromover una agenda que considere incentivos para dinamizar actividades como la construcci\u00f3n, sector que ha sufrido su mayor ca\u00edda en casi tres d\u00e9cadas; as\u00ed como agilizar la tramitaci\u00f3n de los permisos de proyectos de infraestructura de gran envergadura son acciones clave para estimular la econom\u00eda y la empleabilidad regional\u201d, argumenta Torrej\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las cinco prioridades<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan la C\u00e1mara Regional del Comercio de Valpara\u00edso estas son las cinco prioridades que deber\u00eda abordar el Consejo Nacional Aut\u00f3nomo de Comercio Internacional:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aumentar y diversificar las exportaciones, tanto en mercados como en productos, junto con elevar el n\u00famero de empresas que participan de los mercados internacionales y promover una mayor incorporaci\u00f3n de valor agregado.<\/li>\n<li>Fortalecer la infraestructura y la log\u00edstica. La CRCP plantea una mirada conjunta sobre puertos, carreteras, ferrocarriles, pasos fronterizos, aeropuertos e infraestructura digital, con el objetivo de reducir costos y tiempos asociados al comercio exterior.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinar ministerios y servicios p\u00fablicos que intervienen en materias como aduanas, regulaci\u00f3n, infraestructura, log\u00edstica y facilitaci\u00f3n del comercio.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la inversi\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y la productividad, promoviendo la incorporaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda y digitalizaci\u00f3n en las empresas y mejores condiciones para atraer inversiones.<\/li>\n<li>Promover el desarrollo exportador de las regiones, de manera que las estrategias de internacionalizaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n incorporen las caracter\u00edsticas y capacidades productivas de cada territorio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan Javier Torrej\u00f3n, presidente de la CRCP, las decisiones sobre puertos, carreteras, ferrocarriles y otros componentes de la cadena log\u00edstica tienen efectos directos sobre la capacidad de las empresas chilenas para competir en otros mercados. Por eso, la propuesta busca incorporar estos temas dentro de una misma discusi\u00f3n, junto con las pol\u00edticas de promoci\u00f3n de exportaciones, inversi\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n y productividad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cChile cuenta con acuerdos comerciales, empresas exportadoras y recursos productivos que le permiten participar en distintos mercados.
