La jornada reuni\u00f3 a expertos, autoridades y representantes de la industria para abordar los cambios en el escenario internacional, los desaf\u00edos del sistema log\u00edstico portuario y la seguridad en la cadena log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al dar la bienvenida, el presidente de CSAV, \u00d3scar Hasb\u00fan, destac\u00f3 que a pesar de las m\u00faltiples disrupciones recientes (la pandemia, el cierre de rutas clave como el Canal de Suez, tensiones en Ormuz y congestiones portuarias), el comercio global no ha retrocedido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abLa resiliencia del comercio global ha sido extraordinaria: cuando uno mira el per\u00edodo 20202025 ha crecido a una tasa mayor que el PIB del mundo. Es decir, la globalizaci\u00f3n, la multilateralidad, el outsourcing de producci\u00f3n ha seguido robusto y creciendo, demostrando su fortaleza y resiliencia para seguir impulsando el desarrollo de los pa\u00edses\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El expositor principal, Pol Antr\u00e0s, profesor de Econom\u00eda de la Universidad de Harvard y experto en comercio internacional y cadenas globales de valor, coincidi\u00f3 con este an\u00e1lisis, aunque advirti\u00f3 que el per\u00edodo de fuerte expansi\u00f3n de la globalizaci\u00f3n registrado entre 1980 y 2000 no se repetir\u00e1 en el corto plazo. \u201cEl mundo no se est\u00e1 desglobalizando, pero vemos cambios significativos en los flujos comerciales internacionales (\u2026) Estamos viendo un realineamiento de los flujos comerciales cada vez m\u00e1s acorde con la afinidad geopol\u00edtica\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Chile recomend\u00f3 reducir vulnerabilidades derivadas de su alta concentraci\u00f3n comercial. Consider\u00f3 que hay que diversificar sectores con poder negociador y mercados, subir en la cadena de valor, proteger \u00e1reas cr\u00edticas (como puertos, miner\u00eda y datos) y procurar que la redistribuci\u00f3n llegue a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mirada pol\u00edtica<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La subsecretaria de Relaciones Econ\u00f3micas Internacionales, Paula Est\u00e9vez, comparti\u00f3 su an\u00e1lisis sobre la posici\u00f3n y acciones de Chile en el escenario actual. \u201cHoy estamos viendo una creciente importancia del friendshoring, donde las relaciones de confianza adquieren un valor cada vez m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gico. La cercan\u00eda no se construye solo a partir de la distancia, sino tambi\u00e9n de la confianza, de una visi\u00f3n compartida sobre el comercio basado en reglas, la resiliencia de las cadenas de suministro y las relaciones de largo plazo\u201d, dijo Est\u00e9vez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se mostr\u00f3 positiva respecto de las negociaciones con Estados Unidos y tambi\u00e9n de las que se llevan adelante con India, Filipinas, Marruecos, Bangladesh y Jordania, que buscan diversificar los destinos comerciales de Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el embajador de Estados Unidos en Chile, Brandon Judd, consider\u00f3 a Chile como un socio estrat\u00e9gico y destac\u00f3 inter\u00e9s en seguir invirtiendo en el pa\u00eds. \u201cEstamos analizando expansiones portuarias, centros de datos, inteligencia artificial y distintas tecnolog\u00edas. Hay proyectos por varios miles de millones de d\u00f3lares que ya estamos evaluando y m\u00e1s inversi\u00f3n que viene hacia Chile\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Judd.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mundo portuario y el crimen organizado<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Mar\u00edtima y Portuaria de Chile (Camport), Daniel Fern\u00e1ndez propuso optar por licitaciones que se gatillen de acuerdo a la demanda real.
