Dentro de ellos el profesor David Hensher, que probablemente sea el acad\u00e9mico del \u00e1rea de transporte m\u00e1s citado en el mundo. Creo que es una oportunidad \u00fanica de enterarse del trabajo que se est\u00e1 haciendo en otros lugares y conocer las experiencias para realizar mejores operaciones y dise\u00f1o de cadenas de suministros y mejorar el transporte p\u00fablico en nuestro pa\u00eds\u00bb, indic\u00f3 Ricardo Giesen, director del Centro Avanzado de Transporte, Log\u00edstica y Competitividad Econ\u00f3mica (CATLEC) y acad\u00e9mico UC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la misma l\u00ednea, Beatriz Mella, directora alterna de CATLEC y acad\u00e9mica UNAB, destac\u00f3 la diversidad de enfoques, ya que \u201clos desaf\u00edos que enfrentamos hoy en materia de transporte y log\u00edstica requieren miradas interdisciplinarias, capaces de vincular la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica con la planificaci\u00f3n, las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, la sostenibilidad y las necesidades de las ciudades y sus habitantes. Pero tambi\u00e9n queremos que este encuentro sea una oportunidad para fortalecer las capacidades de investigaci\u00f3n de nuestro propio centro, abrir espacios de colaboraci\u00f3n entre investigadores y estudiantes, y recibir una mirada externa que nos permita proyectar nuestro trabajo hacia nuevas preguntas y desaf\u00edos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La actividad se realizar\u00e1 el 29 de octubre, en el Centro de Innovaci\u00f3n UC, Campus San Joaqu\u00edn. La acreditaci\u00f3n comenzar\u00e1 a las 14:00 horas y las exposiciones se realizar\u00e1n en ingl\u00e9s, con servicio de traducci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea para quienes lo soliciten. La iniciativa busca coordinar recursos de distintos proveedores log\u00edsticos independientes para reducir costos, mejorar la eficiencia y promover un sistema de transporte de mercanc\u00edas m\u00e1s sostenible y resiliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Laetitia Dablanc, de University Gustave Eiffel, expondr\u00e1 sobre los avances y desaf\u00edos de la log\u00edstica urbana inteligente a trav\u00e9s del caso de Par\u00eds. Su presentaci\u00f3n analizar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo las innovaciones organizacionales, sociales y regulatorias pueden complementar las soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas para mejorar la eficiencia log\u00edstica y reducir sus impactos ambientales y sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El especialista Iv\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez-D\u00edaz, de Chalmers University of Technology, abordar\u00e1 el creciente papel de la inteligencia artificial en la modelaci\u00f3n del transporte de mercanc\u00edas. Su charla explorar\u00e1 aplicaciones actuales y futuras de herramientas como el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, la optimizaci\u00f3n y la inteligencia artificial generativa para fortalecer la toma de decisiones y el dise\u00f1o de sistemas log\u00edsticos m\u00e1s sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde Australia, David Alan Hensher AM, de University of Sydney, presentar\u00e1 dos investigaciones centradas en el comportamiento de los usuarios frente a las pol\u00edticas de transporte. La primera analizar\u00e1 los efectos de una tarifa plana de bajo costo implementada en Queensland sobre la demanda de transporte p\u00fablico y el cambio modal. La segunda examinar\u00e1 c\u00f3mo el aumento de los precios de los combustibles y la incertidumbre en el suministro influyen en las decisiones de movilidad de los hogares australianos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tanto, Alejandro Tirachini, de Technische Universit\u00e4t Braunschweig, presentar\u00e1 nuevos hallazgos sobre la tarificaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima del transporte urbano, considerando factores como los beneficios de la movilidad activa, la variabilidad de los tiempos de viaje y el impacto de los veh\u00edculos automatizados en las pol\u00edticas de transporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Guilherme Luz Tortorella, de University of Melbourne, expondr\u00e1 sobre el rol de la transformaci\u00f3n digital en el fortalecimiento de la resiliencia de las cadenas de suministro alimentarias, destacando c\u00f3mo distintas tecnolog\u00edas digitales pueden contribuir a mejorar la capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n frente a escenarios de incertidumbre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El workshop busca fomentar el intercambio de conocimientos entre investigadores, estudiantes, profesionales y tomadores de decisiones, contribuyendo al desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos de movilidad, log\u00edstica y sostenibilidad que enfrentan las ciudades y territorios en la actualidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La actividad es organizada por el Centro Avanzado de Transporte, Log\u00edstica y Competitividad Econ\u00f3mica (CATLEC), que cuenta con financiamiento del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda, Conocimiento e Innovaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la Agencia Nacional de Investigaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo (ANID), y es liderado por la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile y la Universidad Andr\u00e9s Bello.
