Debido al confinamiento, un 95% de los chilenos admitieron haber realizado compras por internet durante los \u00faltimos 12 meses seg\u00fan el estudio realizado por Tendencias Digitales en alianza con el Grupo de Diarios Am\u00e9rica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El aumento explosivo de la demanda de ventas por internet, oblig\u00f3 al rubro a adaptarse r\u00e1pidamente a n\u00fameros de pedidos inimaginados. Esta nueva forma de compra no s\u00f3lo se notaba en la forma, sino en nuevas necesidades y prioridades. Fue ac\u00e1 cuando el ecommerce se dio cuenta y entendi\u00f3 la importancia que estaba adquiriendo la log\u00edstica para este nuevo cliente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La segunda prioridad para el comprador digital es el tiempo de despacho, solo superado por los precios bajos, seg\u00fan el estudio Comportamiento de compra de los chilenos, pre-durante y post pandemia realizado por la Asociaci\u00f3n de Agencias de Medios. El valor que ha adquirido la log\u00edstica en las entregas este a\u00f1o es algo sin precedentes que obliga al rubro a aumentar sus capacidades, innovar tecnol\u00f3gicamente y a adaptarse d\u00eda a d\u00eda a est\u00e1ndares internacionales para cumplir las expectativas del consumidor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efectivamente, la clave para cumplir estas expectativas de compras est\u00e1 en la entrega, cuando el cliente logra tener en sus manos lo que pidi\u00f3. Darnos cuenta de la real importancia de la log\u00edstica nos ha ayudado a mejorar el servicio del ecommerce, y tanto vendedor como comprador se ven beneficiados. El que recibe su pedido a tiempo, conf\u00eda en la tienda, recomienda a sus cercanos, y as\u00ed el proveedor logra fidelizar a su p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qui\u00e9n sabe cu\u00e1nto durar\u00e1 la situaci\u00f3n en la pandemia, pero algo que ya podemos dar por sentado es que ya no volveremos atr\u00e1s con los nuevos h\u00e1bitos de una industria que ve\u00eda a la log\u00edstica como una simple entrega.
