Ante esto es que Builder, plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica que forma parte de las soluciones de iConstruye, ha permitido automatizar desde un 60% toda la operaci\u00f3n de un proyecto gracias a su software tecnol\u00f3gico que permite ver en l\u00ednea y de manera integrada el trabajo de cada una de las \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa construcci\u00f3n en Chile es el sexto empleador a nivel nacional, con m\u00e1s de 700 mil puestos de trabajo, y concentra el 63% de la inversi\u00f3n a lo largo del pa\u00eds. Es por esto, que hoy m\u00e1s que nunca queremos ser un apoyo en la introducci\u00f3n de nuevas metodolog\u00edas digitales que vuelvan m\u00e1s productivos y eficientes cada uno de los procesos que forman parte de este rubro\u201d, explica Pedro Pablo Mir, gerente de Estrategia y Desarrollo de iConstruye, una de las principales redes digitales de negocios y servicios del rubro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Control de an\u00e1lisis y proyecci\u00f3n, costos seg\u00fan \u00e1rea, rendimiento y productividad, abastecimiento y asistencia en l\u00ednea, son algunos de los servicios que entrega esta plataforma, logrando generar un sistema integrado que tiene como objetivo ahorrar costos y mejorar la toma de decisiones seg\u00fan el contexto de cada proyecto. \u201cBuilder permite identificar tempranamente las desviaciones para la toma de decisi\u00f3n oportuna, mejora la interacci\u00f3n entre las \u00e1reas de la empresa, estandariza los procedimientos y economiza hasta un 5% del total del proyecto\u201d, detalla el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En t\u00e9rminos de productividad, a nivel mundial, la industria de la construcci\u00f3n evidencia un rezago respecto al resto de la econom\u00eda en general y en Chile esta brecha se dilata a\u00fan m\u00e1s. En nuestro pa\u00eds, para generar un mismo valor en la construcci\u00f3n se requieren 10 trabajadores, mientras que el promedio de la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (OCDE) son s\u00f3lo seis. Ante esto, una de las principales ventajas de la automatizaci\u00f3n del sistema es la velocidad y la disponibilidad de la informaci\u00f3n, lo que permite llevar un control integral, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del nivel de avance y de costos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan Mir, \u201ca pesar de la incertidumbre que provoca la pandemia del Covid-19 en los distintos sectores de la econom\u00eda, la digitalizaci\u00f3n integrada es una herramienta que ha potenciado la industria de la construcci\u00f3n hacia una producci\u00f3n m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica y eficiente.
