En Chile, el comercio online creci\u00f3 m\u00e1s del 230% en los \u00faltimos 5 a\u00f1os y entre el 2019 y 2020 lo hizo un 50%, seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis de Euromonitor International, esto, impulsado principalmente por la pandemia del coronavirus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstos datos nos muestran que las personas est\u00e1n consumiendo por internet, por ende, es importante que las pymes digitalicen su modo de operar, sobre todo, en log\u00edstica. Un buen manejo de la digitalizaci\u00f3n ayudar\u00e1 a aumentar las ventas, bajar el costo en su mano de obra y\/o utiler\u00eda, mejorar la relaci\u00f3n con sus clientes y proveedores, y darle una estabilidad al negocio\u201d, explica Nicol\u00e1s Kunstmann, Co- Founder de Drivin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pese a este efecto positivo de la pandemia, menos del 3% de las pymes locales est\u00e1 adoptando tecnolog\u00edas, como precisa un informe de Pa\u00eds Digital, lo que se origina muchas veces por la falta de recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frente a este escenario, las recomendaciones de Drivin a la hora de digitalizar el negocio de una pyme deben partir por un an\u00e1lisis del proceso principal o los procesos principales de su negocio desde la mirada del cliente. Al mismo tiempo, el Co-Founder de Drivin aconseja eliminar o mitigar las actividades sin valor y quedarse s\u00f3lo con las actividades de valor. Es por esto que se necesita una cadena de suministro que conozca las necesidades espec\u00edficas de cada cliente y las cubra a la perfecci\u00f3n.
