A grandes rasgos la industria parece estar mejor parada. Todo hace pensar que las empresas aprendieron de lo vivido en 2020 y han desarrollado planes tendientes a mejorar, reajustar, optimizar y preparar su operaci\u00f3n para hacer frente a los vaivenes que gatillan las medidas sanitarias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Resilencia, integraci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n son algunas de las cualidades de Supply Chain 2021. Una operaci\u00f3n que se desarrolla en base a lo aprendido y con el convencimiento de que se debe estar preparados para los cambios.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; <\/span>Tal como al inicio de esta pandemia, esta segunda ola pilla a algunos preparados con una dise\u00f1o capaz de ajustarse r\u00e1pidamente a los distintos escenarios, una estrategia clara de desarrollo y con planes de contingencia ya conocidos por todos; otros, en tanto, iniciaron proyectos digitales tendientes a mejorar su <i>performance<\/i> log\u00edstica y dar respuestas a las demandas y tambi\u00e9n fuimos testigos de c\u00f3mo se desarrollaron y fortalecieron los canales online.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frente a este panorama no cabe m\u00e1s que aprovechar este momento de <i>standby<\/i> para mirar nuevamente la operaci\u00f3n, ajustar los detalles y prepararse para los retos que vendr\u00e1n una vez que pase la ola.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este es el momento de la gran prueba. \u00bfLos proyectos iniciados el 2020 van en el camino correcto? \u00bfLas r\u00e1pidas implementaciones de plataformas, herramientas y soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas nos dan una log\u00edstica mejor preparadas? \u00bfEl canal online responder\u00e1 correctamente ante la demanda y las exigencias de los clientes? \u00bfLas alianzas comerciales responder a las reales necesidades?
