Debido a la contingencia sanitaria, el evento se realizar\u00e1 en formato \u201cOnline [Live] Experience\u201d y abordar\u00e1 las principales tendencias del sector Ecommerce para este 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este foro es organizado por el eCommerce Institute y la C\u00e1mara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS), el evento busca crear un espacio para la difusi\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n sobre la importancia del impacto de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en la sociedad chilena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ecomsur, empresa l\u00edder en Fullcommerce y omnicanalidad de Latinoam\u00e9rica, se une a la iniciativa con el fin de impulsar a trav\u00e9s de diferentes pr\u00e1cticas, eventos y capacitaciones, el desarrollo de la econom\u00eda digital local y regional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDurante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o el Ecommerce vivi\u00f3 un crecimiento inesperado que cambi\u00f3 las reglas del juego. El ejemplo m\u00e1s claro es que ahora debemos abordar a un consumidor totalmente distinto con el que trabajamos hace un a\u00f1o. Es por esto que la capacitaci\u00f3n y la conversaci\u00f3n de temas relacionados es -ahora m\u00e1s que nunca- realmente importante para los actores de la industria. Ser parte de esta iniciativa es una oportunidad para todos los que quieran subirse al carro de las compras online\u201d, afirma Mario Miranda, cofundador y CEO de Ecomsur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su participaci\u00f3n, la empresa contar\u00e1 con dos fuertes ponencias: Magdalena del Solar, Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios de Ecomsur, brindar\u00e1 un workshop con la tem\u00e1tica: \u201c5 aciertos y errores de implementar la Omnicanalidad en el Customer Journey\u201d, la cual estar\u00e1 disponible en la plataforma del evento a partir del 21 de abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Mario Miranda, CEO y cofundador de Ecomsur, participar\u00e1 en las plenarias con el tema: Principales problemas para el dise\u00f1o de un dashboard y c\u00f3mo evitarlos\u201d, en punto de las 13:45pm, el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 22 de abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ecommerce Day tendr\u00e1 acceso libre y gratuito con inscripci\u00f3n previa, y profundizar\u00e1 en conocimientos acerca de las \u00faltimas tendencias de la industria digital, relacionadas con plataformas tecnol\u00f3gicas, marketing digital, m\u00e9todos de pago, log\u00edstica, social commerce, entre otras tem\u00e1ticas.
