{"id":5183,"date":"2021-05-14T16:49:27","date_gmt":"2021-05-14T16:49:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/14\/seguridad-una-de-las-prioridades-del-transporte-de-carga\/"},"modified":"2021-05-14T16:49:27","modified_gmt":"2021-05-14T16:49:27","slug":"seguridad-una-de-las-prioridades-del-transporte-de-carga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2021\/05\/14\/seguridad-una-de-las-prioridades-del-transporte-de-carga\/","title":{"rendered":"SEGURIDAD: UNA DE LAS PRIORIDADES DEL TRANSPORTE DE CARGA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accidentabilidad, armas de fuego, encerronas, grupos delictuales, secuestros de conductores y robo de carga y tambi\u00e9n del veh\u00edculo son lamentablemente parte de la cruda realidad de cientos de camioneros y empresas de transporte, a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sensaci\u00f3n de inseguridad en la industria ha aumentado en el \u00faltimo tiempo, dada la cantidad de delitos de los que son v\u00edctimas, pero tambi\u00e9n la violencia con la que se cometen y que ponen en jaque a las organizaciones y tienen un impacto social. La pandemia ha dejado entrever esta realidad que preocupa y que se ha transformado en una problem\u00e1tica para el proceso log\u00edstico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las denominadas Zonas Rojas acaparan la atenci\u00f3n de las autoridades m\u00e1s a\u00fan en tiempos donde buena parte de los inventarios de las compa\u00f1\u00edas se encuentran en Ruta, confluyendo en ellas el grueso de las mercader\u00edas que se comercializan en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde la Confederaci\u00f3n de Transporte de Carga de Chile, en tanto, las cifras son alarmantes, considerando que la entidad asegura que a nivel nacional se registran 3 robos de camiones al d\u00eda, por un valor total aproximado que fluct\u00faa entre los 100 mil y 150 mil d\u00f3lares (unos 70 y 100 millones de pesos chilenos).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cifras m\u00e1s o cifras menos, lo cierto es que las bandas criminales, dedicadas al robo en ruta centran su atenci\u00f3n en cargamentos de alto valor y f\u00e1cil reducci\u00f3n, siendo el vestuario y la tecnolog\u00eda las punta de lanza de la industria de la receptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Respondiendo a la necesidad de establecer ciertos par\u00e1metros para prevenir y enfrentar el robo de camiones en ruta, el Reporte Delitos Urbanos Emergentes, elaborado por Carabineros de Chile, realiza las siguientes propuestas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CAPACITACI\u00d3N A CONDUCTORES Y PERSONAL:&nbsp;Formar y entrenar a los choferes y operarios sobre la seguridad en ruta para que sepan c\u00f3mo reaccionar en un caso de emergencia. Sobre el modo de reacci\u00f3n en situaciones de alto riesgo, protocolos de comunicaci\u00f3n y planes de contingencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TECNOLOG\u00cdAS ORIENTADAS A LA SEGURIDAD: Los servicios de GPS y seguimiento satelital son muy importantes a la hora de rastrear y mantener contacto con la flota. Tambi\u00e9n servir\u00e1 implementar alertas instant\u00e1neas, ya sea con botones de p\u00e1nico o con alarmas autom\u00e1ticas que informar\u00e1n sobre cualquier evento extra\u00f1o que ocurra, desde movimiento de carga a paradas en zonas prohibidas.&nbsp;Se pueden usar c\u00e1maras que funcionen con transmisi\u00f3n de video en tiempo real, lo que servir\u00e1 para observar en todo momento el estado en que se encuentra la carga y reaccionar en caso de emergencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, tecnolog\u00edas y procedimientos asoman como una de las soluciones para enfrentar estos hechos delictuales de mejor manera. Si bien, no existe herramienta capaz de asegurar complemente el que el veh\u00edculo no ser\u00e1 vulnerado, la industria ha avanzado constantemente en busca de mejorar el rol de seguridad que aporta al sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por tanto, a nivel de tecnolog\u00eda se orienta a permitir alertar, informar, tomar r\u00e1pidas acciones a distancias, detectar d\u00f3nde se detuvo el cami\u00f3n, donde se abre la puerta, si el conductor se baja, aviso de bloqueo de GPS, entre otras acciones. En este sentido, y ante el desafiante escenario en torno a la seguridad, la implementaci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas cobra fuerza, en especial soluciones como la Telemetr\u00eda que potencia de modo remoto las magnitudes f\u00edsicas y el env\u00edo de informaci\u00f3n hacia el operador del sistema.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fleetup.com\/cl\/Logistica-y-Transporte-LGT\/index.html?utm_source=Logistec&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_content=articulopatrocinado002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/FleetUp_ArtPat_2021-02_banner_C01b.gif\" alt=\"FleetUp ArtPat 2021 02 banner C01b\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por medio de los datos de la telemetr\u00eda, las empresas de transporte pueden acceder a tener control total de sus activos para planificar a largo plazo posibles situaciones como accidentes o mal uso de recursos, para tomar medidas preventivas, en torno a la seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hoy, considerando el escenario que enfrenta la industria del transporte y ante el convencimiento de que el robo de sus activos no s\u00f3lo afecta en t\u00e9rminos monetarios a la compa\u00f1\u00eda, sino tambi\u00e9n un golpe a nivel de imagen corporativa, cuyo valor es incuantificable, la implementar de tecnolog\u00edas se hace fundamental si se busca cuidar el funcionamiento de las flotas y la seguridad de las cargas, modernizar los procesos y finalmente otorgar un servicio optimizado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Accidentabilidad, armas de fuego, encerronas, grupos delictuales, secuestros de conductores y robo de carga y tambi\u00e9n del veh\u00edculo son lamentablemente parte de la cruda realidad de cientos de camioneros y empresas de transporte, a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5182,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"jnews-multi-image_gallery":[],"jnews_single_post":[],"jnews_primary_category":[],"jnews_social_meta":[],"jnews_override_counter":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[49],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5183","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-gestion-de-rutas"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
