Signia forma parte del Grupo Hersil, empresa con m\u00e1s de 2000 empleados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La experiencia y conocimiento que tiene la compa\u00f1\u00eda especialmente en el sector farmac\u00e9utico le permite brindar a sus clientes buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufactura, almacenamiento y distribuci\u00f3n generando valor en la calidad de los servicios, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n eficiencia en los procesos y satisfacci\u00f3n en los clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron las motivaciones para adquirir un WMS?<\/strong><br \/>Las motivaciones fueron fundamentalmente la necesidad de crecimiento.&nbsp;El crecimiento en procesos especializados, transacciones, e infraestructura nos obligaron a buscar un soporte tecnol\u00f3gico robusto y flexible a fin de potenciar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas y eficiencias operativas. <br \/>\u201cHoy, m\u00e1s que nunca se ha puesto en evidencia la necesidad de automatizar y agilizar los procesos y tiempos con la finalidad de satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y la soluci\u00f3n de WMS apunta a ello\u201d. <strong>Nestor Montoya, Gerente de Operaciones de Signia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 eligieron el WMS de Infor?<\/strong> <br \/>Uno de los factores que dio paso a elegir el WMS de Infor SCE fue la experiencia con su ERP con el cual logramos soportar los procesos y tener conocimiento de las interfaces, gesti\u00f3n de almacenes, inventarios y despacho; esto nos permiti\u00f3 escalar r\u00e1pidamente al WMS mediante una implementaci\u00f3n roll up por clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo fue la salida en vivo y cu\u00e1l considera que fue la clave de \u00e9xito?<\/strong><br \/>La salida en vivo fue muy particular puesto que nos encontr\u00e1bamos a inicios de la pandemia por el Covid 19, los vuelos a\u00e9reos estaban restringidos y parte del equipo en cuarentena, ello nos oblig\u00f3 a establecer con CERCA un mecanismo de comunicaci\u00f3n remoto pero muy cercano virtualmente a fin de acompa\u00f1ar la salida en vivo y posterior soporte en los ajustes propios de la estabilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fueron 2, los factores clave que permitieron iniciar operaciones con el WMS de Infor sin interrupciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Concebir el proyecto desde operaciones y adaptar las buenas pr\u00e1cticas a la forma como se ven\u00edan gestionando los procesos de SCM<br \/>2.
