A trav\u00e9s de investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo, hemos realizado algunas pruebas con productores de salm\u00f3n, con el objetivo de eliminar, por ejemplo, las cajas de poliestireno que se utilizan para exportar los productos, y que son una gran fuente de contaminaci\u00f3n. Buscamos generar alternativas sustentables a este tipo de embalaje, que entreguen las mismas caracter\u00edsticas de trazabilidad y mantenci\u00f3n de temperatura\u201d, explica Antonio Dougnac, director de Ventas (Food) de Sealed Air.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus \u00faltimas innovaciones destacan la m\u00e1quina DM100 Darfresh, un sistema de envasado semiautom\u00e1tico de sobremesa dise\u00f1ado con un proceso de corte sin residuos y un mayor vac\u00edo para bandejas prefabricadas; el envasado Super S que reduce el espesor de la l\u00e1mina del empaque hasta un 33% con una alta resistencia a bajas temperaturas; y el envasado al vac\u00edo por termoformado Darfresh, que produce un sellado seguro e higi\u00e9nico para productos de bajo relieve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Productos y soluciones que estar\u00e1n presentando el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 2 de marzo y hasta el viernes 4 en la feria AquaSur 2022, a realizarse en Puerto Montt para reunir a empresas l\u00edderes de la industria acu\u00edcola de todo el hemisferio sur.
