{"id":857,"date":"2019-12-16T14:21:34","date_gmt":"2019-12-16T14:21:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2019\/12\/16\/repensando-la-operacion-frente-a-las-contingencias-3\/"},"modified":"2019-12-16T14:21:34","modified_gmt":"2019-12-16T14:21:34","slug":"repensando-la-operacion-frente-a-las-contingencias-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/index.php\/2019\/12\/16\/repensando-la-operacion-frente-a-las-contingencias-3\/","title":{"rendered":"REPENSANDO LA OPERACI\u00d3N FRENTE A LAS CONTINGENCIAS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hace algunas semanas hemos vivido una situaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtico &#8211; social sin precedentes en los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os de Chile; marchas, protestas, paros y manifestaciones que han afectado todos los sectores econ\u00f3micos y productivos del pa\u00eds; particularmente el sector log\u00edstico, sobre todo en lo referente al traslado de carga y la operatividad del servicio log\u00edstico terrestre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una situaci\u00f3n inusual, por cierto, que no tiene un fin claro y que representa para nuestra actividad un gran reto, de cara a entregar a nuestros clientes la continuidad operativa que requieren y al mismo tiempo contribuir a que la actividad log\u00edstica y el comercio en el pa\u00eds se mantengan bajo est\u00e1ndares operativos eficientes. La tarea no es f\u00e1cil, pero debemos tomar acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-850\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Patricio_Salvo_logistec.jpg\" alt=\"Patricio Salvo logistec\" style=\"margin: 10px; float: left;\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Patricio_Salvo_logistec.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Patricio_Salvo_logistec-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.revistalogistec.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Patricio_Salvo_logistec-75x75.jpg 75w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/>Como l\u00edder de la log\u00edstica terrestre de un operador 3PL en Chile, me ha tocado junto a todo el equipo, implementar diferentes planes de contingencia para garantizar la continuidad del traslado de la carga de los clientes, de manera que sus operaciones tuvieran un m\u00ednimo impacto a ra\u00edz de la situaci\u00f3n actual. Ten\u00edamos que generar nuevas soluciones para enfrentar los nuevos obst\u00e1culos que han surgido en el proceso log\u00edstico; con una absoluta flexibilidad para garantizar la continuidad de sus negocios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Y es que la actividad log\u00edstica no debe parar y nosotros somos los agentes encargados de que esta tarea se cumpla, aportando ideas y desarrollando acciones que nos permitan cumplir con los compromisos pactados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ya que no contamos con precedente de manifestaciones sociales de la envergadura de las que hoy vivimos, es dif\u00edcil saber el momento en que tendremos una situaci\u00f3n diferente, lo que s\u00ed me atrevo a afirmar, es que los recientes acontecimientos van a generar nuevas realidades para el mundo log\u00edstico, como para todos los sectores de Chile. Por ello, el foco debe estar en c\u00f3mo repensamos nuestra forma de hacer log\u00edstica terrestre, con un nuevo escenario pol\u00edtico &#8211; social \u201cinstalado\u201d, con los cambios que se manifiesten en el futuro, y el impacto que generen a corto y mediano plazo para Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cambio de paradigmas que est\u00e1 experimentando la log\u00edstica de hoy, nos conduce a todos los actores del rubro a crear nuevos dise\u00f1os del flujo log\u00edstico de la carga, identificando los desperdicios de la cadena actual, para lograr la optimizaci\u00f3n de costos y tiempo, a la vez que minimizamos los riesgos que puedan encarecer e interrumpir la entrega al cliente final; sin lugar a duda la claridad de las necesidades y la flexibilidad para reaccionar a un contexto cambiante e impredecible, son fundamentales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el mundo log\u00edstico y particularmente en Chile, debemos profundizar la pol\u00edtica de innovaci\u00f3n que venimos desarrollado, donde la preparaci\u00f3n para ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y el adelantarnos a las necesidades del cliente son las claves para prestar un servicio adecuado. Ante los nuevos desaf\u00edos de nuestro pa\u00eds, es el momento de prepararnos con mayor fortaleza para adelantarnos a los nuevos retos que est\u00e1n por venir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, la reflexi\u00f3n que nos queda afrontar, como actores de esta determinante actividad, debe apuntar a mantener un estado de alerta permanente, que nos permita estar preparados frente a diversas contingencias (en este caso las manifestaciones sociales).
