Este hito es parte del cronograma que nos impusimos desde los or\u00edgenes de este proyecto en el marco de nuestra gesti\u00f3n flexible y escalable. As\u00ed buscamos responder a las necesidades de los clientes, multiplicando la capacidad para procesar \u00f3rdenes y reducir cada vez m\u00e1s los tiempos de respuesta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La nueva infraestructura tiene capacidad para almacenar 9 millones de unidades. La principal inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda fue la ampliaci\u00f3n del Almac\u00e9n Autom\u00e1tico, a\u00f1adiendo a la operaci\u00f3n 132 robots \u201cShuttle\u201d a los 264 ya existentes. Este aumento en capacidad brinda una mayor automatizaci\u00f3n y velocidad en la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos de nuestros clientes y tiendas que, sumado a los 6 kil\u00f3metros de cintas transportadoras y 3 clasificadores de cajas existentes, facilitan y eficientizan las tareas de nuestros colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de las innovaciones, se instalaron m\u00e1quinas de empaque autom\u00e1tico y embalaje amigable con el medio ambiente. Estos aparatos automatizan el proceso, ya que miden la volumetr\u00eda de cada pedido; fabrican un paquete acorde a su tama\u00f1o; lo sellan y ponen su respectiva etiqueta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adicionalmente a la nave principal, se construy\u00f3 un edificio anexo al Centro de Distribuci\u00f3n, especializado en almacenamiento de perfumer\u00eda. Estar\u00e1 operativo en los pr\u00f3ximos meses y permitir\u00e1 almacenar mayores cantidades y llegar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido a los clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Centro de Distribuci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s, destaca por su certificaci\u00f3n LEED Gold que entrega el U.S. Green Building Council, organizaci\u00f3n internacional sin fines de lucro que impulsa pr\u00e1cticas de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n sustentable.
