A medida que gana popularidad entre los chilenos, el e-Commerce est\u00e1 tomando una porci\u00f3n cada vez mayor de las ventas, que para 2023 se prev\u00e9 que represente el 20% de las ventas b2c totales en el pa\u00eds (Similar Web 2021).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A pesar de ser el pa\u00eds con el mejor puntaje de conectividad digital en Am\u00e9rica Latina, Chile es superado por otras econom\u00edas de la regi\u00f3n en lo que respecta al comercio electr\u00f3nico. En 2021, ocup\u00f3 el 5\u00ba lugar en cuanto a la participaci\u00f3n de mercado de ecommerce en Am\u00e9rica Latina, aprox. 8,5 % de los ingresos regionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, est\u00e1 posici\u00f3n est\u00e1 cambiando y mejorando gradualmente, y se espera una tasa de crecimiento de compras online de m\u00e1s del 23%, solo superada por Argentina y Per\u00fa, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, vemos que hay muchas formas de vender online, distintos modelos de negocio online, desde webs y plataformas propias, b2b, b2c, hasta variedad de Marketplace verticales, generalistas e internacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de los distintos modelos de negocio, los Marketplaces son los que tiran del segmento. En cuanto a los m\u00e1s reconocidos, en base al tr\u00e1fico o n\u00famero de visitas que tienen, en 2021 fue Mercado Libre el Marketplace o portal de comercio electr\u00f3nico con mayor n\u00famero de visitas en Chile. En septiembre de 2021, ML registr\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 300 millones de visitas. La cadena chilena de tiendas por departamento Falabella ocup\u00f3 el segundo lugar con m\u00e1s de 221 millones de accesos a su sitio web, seguido por Ripley con 148,6 millones de visitas y Paris con 133,7 en el mismo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dentro de esta coyuntura la log\u00edstica se posiciona como el aspecto m\u00e1s importante a tener en cuenta al vender online. Hay que servir al cliente, cuando y donde lo requiera.
