Esta evoluci\u00f3n no ser\u00eda posible sin la adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00edas que se antepongan a las necesidades y tendencias de consumo de cada cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El desaf\u00edo actual y futuro de las compa\u00f1\u00edas depende de la innovaci\u00f3n. De hecho, seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anda.cl\/empresas-con-cadenas-de-suministro-digitales-lideran-en-satisfaccion-del-cliente-eficiencia-operativa-e-innovacion\/\">datos<\/a> de Accenture, un 86% de las empresas a nivel mundial est\u00e1n haciendo inversiones moderadas o altas en Inteligencia Artificial (IA).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHoy el usuario digital es muy exigente ya que el mercado le ha dado alternativas de env\u00edos. Para cumplir, hay que mejorar los flujos de recolecci\u00f3n con el uso de IA y tecnolog\u00edas que mejoren los procesos y disminuyan las tomas de decisiones del operador, quien se debe encargar solo de ejecutar\u201d, explica Leonardo Navarrete, gerente comercial de STG Chile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las consecuencias de no implementar IA y automatizaci\u00f3n en la \u00faltima milla pueden ser altas. \u201cLa log\u00edstica inversa es uno de los procesos m\u00e1s costosos, por ende, completar un despacho e identificar las tendencias de recepci\u00f3n de cada cliente es clave para evitar inconvenientes como, por ejemplo, que un producto retorne a la bodega\u201d, menciona Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mayor productividad y predicci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Identificar las preferencias del consumidor conlleva mejorar los niveles de satisfacci\u00f3n. En ese sentido, las empresas deben ofrecer diversas alternativas de entrega o retiro que se adec\u00faen a cada estilo de vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cExisten software dirigidos a la \u00faltima milla con IA, los cuales permiten ordenar los pedidos y rutas, adem\u00e1s planificar los despachos de forma completa ya que anticipa los trayectos m\u00e1s urgentes, cumpliendo con la promesa de entrega\u201d, comenta Navarrete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al mismo tiempo, esta tecnolog\u00eda ayuda a pronosticar los peak de producci\u00f3n y ejecutar en base a esa informaci\u00f3n. El consumidor busca una mayor precisi\u00f3n en cuanto a los detalles de su entrega y que se le ofrezca opciones en base a su disponibilidad y tiempo, d\u00e1ndoles mayor libertad para realizar sus actividades diarias sin tener que esperar dentro de un amplio rango de horario en su hogar o trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por ello que las cadenas log\u00edsticas no solo deben ofrecer un despacho a un domicilio, sino tambi\u00e9n ampliar las posibilidades de retiro. \u201cEl autoservicio puede mejorar sustancialmente la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente. Ofrecer entregas en puntos o pick up dentro de la ciudad para aquellos compradores que est\u00e1n en constante movimiento y buscan retirar sus productos en sus recorridos diarios puede ser fundamental para agilizar la \u00faltima milla\u201d, detalla el ejecutivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La tecnolog\u00eda seguir\u00e1 siendo clave para aquellos consumidores que exigen una pronta entrega. Ofrecer monitoreo de despachos, menor fricci\u00f3n con personas y asistencia inmediata marcar\u00e1 la diferencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEn el futuro veremos pr\u00e1cticas 100% enfocadas a la IA . Nos enfrentamos a un mercado cambiante pero cada vez m\u00e1s demandante.
