Las empresas \u2013de acuerdo a su tama\u00f1o, nivel de inversi\u00f3n y caracter\u00edsticas operacionales- se encuentran en busca de mejoras constante para agilizar esta operaci\u00f3n y entregar una mejor calidad de servicio a sus clientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta preocupaci\u00f3n del comercio es una oportunidad para los distintos actores de la industria log\u00edstica y proveedores de servicios, quienes tienen la alternativa de aportar con servicio y operaciones que ayuden a sus clientes a marcar diferencias en sus operaciones online.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quien marque diferencia en esta industria ganar\u00e1 esta carrera comercial, donde la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes se encuentra al final de la meta y donde la log\u00edstica tiene un rol fundamental. Determinar en qu\u00e9 etapa de la carrera se encuentra uno es fundamental para dise\u00f1ar la estrategia correcta para enfrentar exitosamente este nuevo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como Revista Logistec queremos tambi\u00e9n aportar instancias de desarrollo, conocimiento e interacci\u00f3n de la industria.
